My family don’t usually eat out. So we forgot that going out to eat on a Saturday would find restaurant wicked crowded.
No exception here. We were staying in Jacksonville for one night, Carabbas was close and we wanted to go to dinner there without going too far.
When we get there, there is an hour wait. Ugh!! But we wait.
We luck out that some people don’t show up when their name is called. We also lucked out that Liz, the hostess my so amazingly nice. We checked in with her on occasion and she was super nice answering patiently our questions even when there were tons of people checking, getting their to go orders and waiting for a table.
We were considering completing a to go order when she saw what we were doing and told us that a bunch of tables were being cleaned and one would be ours. So that was awesome.
Our dinner was also good. But more importantly, Stephen our waiter was super nice and very attentive, considering he was taking care of a ton of tables. Super nice and great!!

Good Italian style chain restaurant. Food and service was very good. I had the salmon and it was perfectly cooked. They give you a warm and soft bread before the meal, great start! I also had the chicken soup, nice and warm, a little spice for my taste but good

This was our first time going to Carrabba’s, our bar tender was great. The marsala meatballs were delicious I thought it was so cute that they gave us little charcuterie boards with our wine. I had the seafood stuffed salmon and my husband had the rib eye, they were both delicious and a great serving size.

Absolutely great restaurant and an excellent dining experience from start to finish. Michael and his staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Service is on point every single time.
The restaurant is spotless — including the restrooms — which shows they truly care about their guests and their operation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, great service, and a consistently clean environment!

Had a great meal. Good prices. Everyone was great to deal with. We even tipped our server more than we normally would because it was such a great experience.
Then we walked outside to see a homeless guy hanging out and begging the second we walked outside the door. Spoiled the entire experience.

We haven’t been here in ages… and couldn’t be more pleased! Our food was very good by any measure and we were impressed enough to put this in our future dining rotation! Our server was named Jeremy and he was absolutely fantastic, personable and genuinely funny. We had an all around excellent experience and will return soon!

I had a fantastic lunch at Carrabba’s! Our server, Steven, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared—exactly what you’d hope for from an Italian grill. They also have some great lunch deals that offer excellent value for the quality of food you get. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I’ll definitely be back for another lunch soon!

A most enjoyable experience from start to finish! Our server was top notch so if and when you go, ask to sit in Denisa B’s section because she is very attentive. And those wings are awesome! Thanks to the manager also for visiting our table as well.

Went there last weekend with a couple friends for dinner and it was a pretty solid experience overall. The place has a relaxed, neighborhood feel and wasn’t overly loud, which I liked. We ordered a few pastas to share along with a pizza, and everything came out hot and well portioned. The sauce tasted fresh and not too heavy. Service was friendly, though it took a bit longer than expected to get our main dishes, but nothing crazy. Prices felt fair for the quality and portion size. I’d say it’s a good spot if you’re looking for comforting Italian food without anything too fancy.
