I went to Carrabba’s at the recommendation of plenty of people in the Columbus area. I have to say, I was pretty underwhelmed. I started the night sharing mozzarella sticks with my partner. The mozzarella sticks weren’t anything too special, they were warm, a little crunchy, not really gooey or cheesy like truly good mozzarella sticks I’ve had. They also brought out bread with olive oil mixed with herbs. The bread was a bit crunchy, like it had been left out a bit too long but again, it was okay. We then had our side cesar salad. The cesar salad was good as all salads are. I ordered the chicken parmesean with a side of asparagus. The chicken parmesean wasn’t the best. The chicken was dry, the breading was soggy all around, and the Marinara itself was too salty yet somehow still bland and heavy handed. The asparagus was much of the same. It was undercooked and crunchy, had a strong wood-smoke flavor, and it was bland and a bit too oily. I did not finish the entrée or the side that night, but I did finish my drink for which I had the pomegranate martini and it was pleasantly good, sweet, tart, and with a delightful cherry at the bottom and I recommend it. The service, like the food, wasn’t exceptional as well. My partner waited a long time for a refill and when we asked where to pay, we were ignored. So, it wasn’t great service, but it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever experienced either. All in all, I personally won’t be going back as the price point doesn’t seem to match the quality of food and service.

The taste of Italy is here. I have gone to many diverse parts of Italy and this cuisine is top knotch. We had Coree as our waiter and he is an expert in his field. His knowledge and professionalism put us at ease as we navigated the menu and had an incredible time. Coree knew all the right wines and how to savor and taste the various dishes. I highly recommend this location and it’s staff.

When we arrived at Carrabba’s in Columbus, Georgia, we were greeted with a smile and ushered to our table.
Lisa, the restaurant manager was our server. She was delightful, but also exceptional in service.
We enjoyed a five course meal, including shrimp scampi, lobster ravioli, eggplant Parmesan, filet Mignon, and delicious New York cheesecake. Each course was accompanied with a chosen glass of wine.
Due to the amount of food we were served, Lisa packed us all up an individual bag of our goodies to take home. What a delight to be able to eat this meal again.!
Thank you for making this a wonderful memory that we will cherish for many years. We will be recommending your restaurant to all.

My wife and I went there for lunch, she had the 7oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I had the rigatoni Martino and both dishes were wonderfull. Portion size were perfect for us, we even took home 2 to go plates for only $10 each. compliments to chef Travis. Our server Danielle was excellent, she is very knowledgeable and attentive with a great attitude, just an overall people person. Thank you for a much enjoyable lunch

Went on Sunday the 6th of July for a birthday arrived about 4:30pm. Only 3 tables were seated. We were sat and the waitress was there very quickly. The order was placed. The food came out very good see photos. That is where it started to go down a table was set just behind us. The waitress walked by our table many times. Did not stop and check on us. I had to eat my meal with an empty tea glass. Because I love eating here and the food is fantastic I’ll keep coming back. The bill was 127.00 the tip would have been a lot more then what I left. The waitress would have gotten a 30.00 dollar tip but an empty tea glass put the tip down to 8.00 dollars. I know that harsh they work hard. Well so do I and so does every one else.

The lunch menu is a great value with plenty of delicious options, and the service was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and fast without feeling rushed. Well, on my last visit the delicious mashed potatoes were far from delicious. I voiced my concern on the C website and guess what, Kyle from C sent me a text message addressing my concern. I was made to feel valued & important. He apologized and sent me a promotional code for a discount on my next meal. Well, my next meal was today and I am glad to report that the mashed potatoes were absolutely delicious. Great customer service Carrabba’s.
