$8.99 berry gooey cake not worth the price! Great service but paying $9 for a 2”x2” cake is too high for what you get. I’m a dine rewards member and we should have ordered the large slice of cannoli cake for like we usually do. Dessert was a bust- big disappointment. Didn’t even have mint sprigs. I asked to give feedback to bartender, who was nice and received the information. We were told “it’s Monday” when asked why the dessert didn’t look like the menu photo. I guess Monday’s are tough for the kitchen??

My 1st time trying this establishment and it just so happened to be my little brother’s birthday! It’s one of his favorite spots, so I had to make sure I brought him in since he was in town to visit me. From the moment we walked in until we left we were treated with AMAZING customer service! Hope was our server and she was a pleasure to have assisted us during our visit. I made sure I let her know personally how GREAT she was too because it really made our visit so much better! I had the Sirloin 7oz. with Alfredo and Truffle Fries….everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection! I will say this…I hate to send food back however, my daughter and I had to send our steak back due to being rare rather than medium as we requested. when they brought it back it was PERFECT! Hope, understood why we were sending it back and made sure it was cooked to our liking and got it back to us in a timely manner. My brother had the Classic Trio and he enjoyed everything and vocalized how happy he was! My SIL got the Lasagna and she was happy with her decision as well.

Best Carrabba’s we have been too! Food was delicious and good sized portions and our waitress Kaitlyn was great! Food was out quick and constantly checked in on us. Restaurant very clean and manager visited us to see how everything was going. Would highly recommend this Carrabba’s.

We happened to drive by Carrabba’s today on our way to another restaurant. We had not been there since before the pandemic silliness, and decided to give it a try. The food is as good as ever, and the icy-cold sangria is still our favorite. Carrabba’s staff has always been well trained and pleasant. We know some restaurants have been suffering from staff shortages, so we were not sure what to expect. Fortunately, the staff at Carrabba’s was as good as we remember. Our server, Debra, did an excellent job. Our order was correct, and our meals were served hot. Debra checked in to make sure the food was to our liking, and offered additional drinks and water. Several other servers helped by delivering full plates or bussing empty ones. Overall, an excellent way to be welcomed back to one of our favorite restaurants. Thanks to all.

Quiet Wednesday night at 6 pm. Easy conversation without yelling. Was easy to use website to add our party to the waitlist. Food was brought out perfectly timed with no wait between courses. Staff was attentive and friendly. Plenty of gluten free options for me. Food was fresh, tasty and hot. Will definitely go back.

When I was exploring restaurants in Augusta, Carrabba’s had the most positive reviews regarding the waiters/waitresses. With that being said management is doing something right. The people that work here are Amazing! Best customer service I have ever received at a restaurant. Plus the food was pure perfection. When I dine out my experience is definitely a major part of dinning and my waiter Ralph definitely made me feel loved. Go eat here, ask for Ralph. I can’t wait to come back.

One star cause my friend found a blonde hair in bread. You have to zoom in on the picture but it’s there. Server was good. Got the shrimp and scallops with broccoli. Food was meh and the broccoli had an off taste to it or maybe the seasoning(either way not good). Calamari was on point and Caesar salad was good but I mean it’s kinda hard to mess up a reg Caesar salad. ♂️

My son took me out to eat here and the food was delicious ! The portions was very generous; we both needed take home plates. They are reasonably priced and a good variety of selections. We had a great waitress.
