I hope I spell his name correctly Quinton, was awesome and the food amazing. I had soup, salad, bread. My son for his birthday had lobster ravioli and got a smooth delicious cake as well. If you haven’t tried please do their friendliness and great service make the food that more delicious. Will definitely be going back

I brought a group of 10 for my daughter’s birthday. It was a loud indecisive group. Jessi ca was our server and she didn’t miss a beat. She put the order in accurately and the food came out fast and perfect! Highly recommend!

I chose the eggplant Parmesan with linguine and broccoli. My eggplant Parmesan was sour. A gentlemen with an apron on came to the table, took my plate, and asked me if I wanted something else. I got the steak instead to replace the eggplant Parmesan. Someone else dropped the steak to me. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium, but it was a little undercooked because I saw blood still in it while I was cutting it. However, I did not want to send another dish back. No manager checked on me, and no compensation was offered. It was the worst experience, and I will not go back. The waitress came back to my table asking how everything was, and I told her exactly what I just explained, and she simply said, “I’m sorry.”

The ambience is great, the food is consistently very good, but Carolyn is your shining star and the reason we come back so regularly. She tends the bar and her customers with professionalism but she’s also got the human touch. It’s like eating at your best friend’s house. All the employees are wonderful with great attitudes and that speaks to good management. We’ll continue to make the long drive from Aiken on a regular basis to eat at Carrabba’s and be treated so well by Carolyn and the rest of the team.

Carrabba’s has been a Valentine’s Day tradition for us for years but after this past weekend I think it’s time for a change. The service was amazing considering how busy it was. Michael did an amazing job and the bartender was extremely talented and courteous. But it took over an hour for our main course to be served. When it was finally put in front of us the presentation was horrible. Bare, no seasoning and no sauce. I had to ask for it. The food was flavorless and undercooked. I was extremely disappointed. I’m not ruling out Carrabbas completely but I’m never eating at this one again. It’s seriously a waste of money.

The service that we received from the moment of entering the door was friendly and courteous. We were seated and our Server, Jessica, was the absolutely the best. Completely attended to our needs, five of us, was attentive, efficient and most of all, friendly in a most sincere way!
We ordered our drinks, appetizers, and entrees. Jessica never failed to refill our drinks, or to ensure all was well.
The entrees were good.
But the night out celebrating was made more special by the attention given to our table by Jessica. Great night out made that way by the staff of Carrabba’s Italian Grill.

overpriced for what it is and for what you get. the service is just horrible, rudest waiter I’ve had anywhere, very unprofessional. place needs updating, booth seats are uncomfortable and covered in tape and overall you don’t really want to be there longer than necessary. food is mid, drinks are weak and service is just awful. would not recommend. save your money and go some place else.

My experience with this restaurant is usually very good. I follow a strict vegan diet and the staff is usually very helpful in keeping me safe with choosing the right food.
You have a waiter by the name of Quinton. This handsome young man is awesome!! He has a wonderful smile, superb personality and is so knowledgeable about the menu. He really should be promoted and used in a much higher level in your establishment. I would suggest you have him train all new staff on how to properly wait tables. This guy is one of the best I’ve seen in the Augusta area. You have a gem in Mr. Q. He’s a great asset to your company.

Our waitress Paris was wonderful and attentive. My chicken was raw, & she took care of it promptly. When you go, ask for Paris!
