Had an awesome time at Carabao’s Italian Grill! Our server Taylor was amazing — super attentive, fun, and quick with everything. The crab cakes were absolutely delicious, the meatball sliders hit the spot, and the Blood Orange Margarita was perfection. Great vibes, great food — I’d come back anytime

I was very dissatisfied this evening being my birthday dinner with me my husband and my four children. The price did not reflect the quality of our dishes. My husband’s dish he loved the steak but the shrimp were rubbery and overcooked, the pasta underneath was way too peppery, my trio dish was over seasoned on the chicken and the steak was tough, chewy and char-burnt while the mezzaluna was not as firm as I grew up eating given that I’ve been coming to Carrabba’s since I was a freshman in high school and I am now 35. My kids two of them absolutely enjoyed their food while my two youngest did not… The kids grilled shrimp were burnt and overcooked and my other son is just picky. The biggest thing for me is that we had a table beside us that was a two top that the manager checked in on to remove dishes from their table…. Not one dish was cleared mind you we had two appetizers bread and plenty of empty drinks that never seemed to be refilled… I kindly asked the waitress for a refill but apparently Carrabba’s has this new agenda for their waitresses to make their days easier to only serve alcohol and water while the other staff has to tend to your drinks…. I was without a drink for more than 20 minutes even after asking the waitress for a refill. I grew up in 13 restaurants my whole life was given to the service industry. In no world would I as a server, being told to have others refill your tables cups would I wait on someone else to do that for my table ESPECIALLY if they asked for a refill …That’s insane… Overall I will Never come back I wasted $240 tonight and the waitress should be jumping over the moon that she even got a $37 tip given the service we received. Just what a waste and bad taste.

We had an amazing experience at Carrabba’s. Taylor was our waitress and she took the best care of us. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Best service I received at this restaurant. We will return again just based on the delicious food and the amazing service of the entire team including our waitress Taylor!!! Best overall casual dinning I’ve had in a long time. Jordan was an excellent server. He was hospitable and made the experience so comfortable. He had wonderful menu knowledge and made great suggestions pacing our meal just right. Atmosphere was perfect. Restrooms were immaculately clean. The bar drinks were delicious; the espresso martini was a work of art; every thing we ordered was cooked to perfection. Looking forward to returning to this location when we are in town.

This was our first time here, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were promptly greeted and seated. Our server, I believe her name was maybe Haven(?), was absolutely phenomenal. Very outgoing and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was all terrific, and I definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for some good eats.

Dining at Carrabba‘s on Woodruff Road in Greenville, South Carolina with a very nice experience. I had never been there before and decided to visit as it was close to my hotel. I died in on one occasion in my server was fabulous and then upon returning to Greenville, I ordered takeout and the young man who brought my food to the car was very professional. I only gave four stars for atmosphere as it did not feel very Italian – Ish, but a very nice experience overall. I will definitely be back.

I asked for a well-done steak and this is what I get … preparing and cooking food correctly as on the tickets should be a top priority if you’re working in a restaurant. It’s not hard to tell the difference between a medium and well done steak.

March Wine Dinner was absolutely amazing. Shannon made the night one to remember. Not only did she engage the guests in a fun manner, she made our group feel at home. I’d highly recommend the Wine dinner as a night out for you and your group or significant other. The portions of food were great and the wine pairing was perfect with each dish. Me and my girls will definitely be back. Andrena was also a dream and provided us with top tier service.
