This restaurant is hidden away in Bowie, Maryland. The food is tasty, we’ll seasoned. The service was fantastic. The atmosphere is quiet if you arrive when they open. The waiter recommend classic Italian trio if you want to taste a variety of dishes. It was a great choice. I got chicken parmesan, lasagna, and fettuccine alfredo. The Boule Bread, herbs, oil and salad were really good. Would recommend you try it.

My experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill was wonderful thanks to our waiter, Raven. From the moment we sat down, Raven greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. She was attentive, friendly, and made great menu recommendations. Throughout our meal, she checked on us regularly to make sure everything was perfect and our drinks were always refilled. Raven’s positive attitude and professionalism truly made our dining experience enjoyable. Because of her excellent customer service, we will definitely be coming back to Carrabba’s again.

Absolutely loved my experience at Carrabba’s! The food was delicious, very fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I tried the Fettuccine Weedie and I must say the shrimp was cooked to perfection! My server Anaiya was just as impressive. Absolutely friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. She checked in often without being overbearing, had great menu suggestions, and handled everything with a warm smile and professionalism. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do, and Anaiya made our evening extra special. Thank you for the great service. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the manager, Miss Tracy. She did an exceptional job ensuring that the everything was exactly to my liking and that I was treated with utmost respect. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made it an ideal spot for a casual dinner or a special night out. I’m definitely coming back soon!

The cannoli cake was absolutely so delicious! I was craving chocolate, but nothing too overwhelming and this hit the spot! Cake was moist and my favorite part was the chocolate chips coated on the back of the back. The pistachio cannoli was also very good. We also ordered mozzarella marinara for appetizers for delivery and they were so good as always, one of my favorite mozzarella marinaras I’ve had and believe me, I’ve tried a bunch lol. Highly recommend!

I went to Carrabba’s on Valentine’s Day, and I will say that my meal was fantastic and the overall experience was amazing. What stood out the most, however, was the customer service. My server, Justin, was very knowledgeable about the menu and incredibly kind. The decorations were especially wonderful and perfectly fit the vibe for a quality date night. I asked management who set up the decorations, and they told me it was all done by Luiz (I believe that was his name). I hope his efforts are appreciated by corporate.

We had an impromptu lunch gathering and we picked Carrabba’s as the place to meet. A part of 5.
We called ahead and got in the list. When we arrived we were seated immediately- we even got to pick our location and selected a 6-top instead of a booth. (Three in a booth bench is a little closer than comfortable. )
We immediately were offered menus and drinks. Nice.
Our server, MISSY, was awesome and super friendly. She did a great job at reading the room – noticed the personality of our group and was very happy to chat for a second. No hurrying- we appreciated this.
The food was delicious. Some in our group ordered Caesar salad salads as an entrée and then there was one chicken Parmesan and a chicken piccata with a shrimp dish to round out the group. The order came quickly and was very accurate.

I recently dined at Carrabba’s in Bowie, MD, and I have to say, the food was absolutely delicious, atmosphere warm, friendly and inviting. What really made our visit special was the impeccable service our group received from our server for the evening, Justin Smith. Justin was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were always filled and checking in on us at just the right times.

Extremely disappointing!! The burrata looked like it had been sitting out and seemed to have been opened and split among several orders. Even worse, my Caesar salad arrived with mold on the lettuce, which is absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant.
I submitted a survey and a manager initially responded, but after I provided the pictures, I was ghosted. That lack of accountability is just as concerning as the food quality.
Between the unsafe food and the poor follow-up from management, I cannot recommend this location and will not be ordering again.
