The portion sizes versus the prices have sadly gotten terrible. My salad was $24, the size was like a small side salad portion, or lunch portion, and the 6 small shrimp in it were very dry and overcooked. My son ordered the 7oz steak and even that seemed extra small and thin…$30. That aside, the food did taste delicious and, Chloe H., our server, was wonderful. I mentioned my dissatisfaction and she and her manager provided exceptional customer service. They removed my salad from the bill and actually gave me a tiny fresh portion with extra shrimp to take home.

Well we used to go to this Carrabba’s a lot. It has changed and not for the good. We called ahead and were seated within 8 minutes which was quick. Unfortunately we were sat by the takeout area and the freezing draft hit us every-time the door opened (see pic). Our server Derek L was very friendly and knowledgeable. He informed us that there was no soda/pop available, a first time ever in my dining experiences. You can see what we ordered on the receipt. So here is a major issue -we ordered our food when we received our drinks. We received our soup and salads and app within about 15-20 minutes which was great. Then came the long pause at about 1 hour from our apps and salads arriving -the manager came over to tell us that they were behind. She proactively offered us a reduction on our bill and said that the food should be out in about 20 minutes/ ticket times were at 40-45 minutes. Meanwhile people that had ordered after us were receiving their food and finishing up. After a total of hour and half after being seated we received our food. Everyone enjoyed their food except my Lobster raviolis were cold and hard. Derek informed us we had a 10 dollar reward and asked if we wanted to use it -but then were then informed we unable to use it because of the previous reduction I had to use the bathroom and a strong smell of sewer gas overpowered the bathroom, there were several scent pods but it didn’t counteract the smell. After his experience I don’t think we will be returning 🙁

We visit Buffalo once or twice a year, and every time we visit we stop by Carrabba’s. The food, the service, and the atmosphere is top notch. Our server Milca was wonderful this time around, very attentive to detail and made sure everything with off seamlessly.

Forgot how great this place is! Stopped in last night and enjoyed a delicious meal! Stuffed mushrooms, Pollo Rosa Maria, & Filet and Shrimp Toscana. The server was wonderful and very attentive. Highly recommend visiting!

Overall, 8.5/10. We go pretty much once a year for a birthday. This year I got a sirloin and ceasar salad with shrimp. As an AP we got the Mezzaluna Fritte (Fried Ravioli dish). I recommend getting pasta when you go. No real complaints though a really good fine Italian chain.

Made reservations for Saturday 2/21 for a party of 13 to celebrate my son’s 14th birthday. Unfortunately we never got a chance to sit down for dinner. We called Sunday and spoke to GM Ashley who apologized and invited us back today to sit and have the great experience we had. Ashley thanks for the all around great customer service and giving my son a great birthday dinner. Our waitress Megan was phenomenal. She gave great suggestions as this was my boyfriend and kids first time at Carrabba’s. We all left full and happy!!!

I had to create a Google account just to leave this review because our server, Erica, truly deserved it. From the moment we were greeted, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made the whole dining experience feel welcoming. She also gave great recommendations that we ended up loving.
It’s rare to come across service that stands out this much, and I hope management knows what a great job she’s doing. If you’re planning on dining at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Amherst, NY, request Eric you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Had a gift card to use and Henrietta closed so this was the closet location. It’s a bigger building, better lighting and our server Deanna is a machine. Food and service were excellent just as Henrietta was. Not sure we’d come back due to the distance but it’s a great location. Mushroom app in a tomato/parm sauce.

Shoutout to Carrabba’s in Amherst New York-still a favorite after 20+ years!
I’ve been coming to this location for over two decades, and it’s been awesome to see how they’ve really stepped up their game lately. The recent remodel looks great-both the dining room and bar areas have a fresh, stylish feel that gives it a more upscale, modern vibe.
I love that they’re introducing new cocktails and menu items regularly—it keeps things interesting and shows they’re listening to their guests. It feels a lot less like a chain these days and more like a unique, thoughtfully run restaurant, which is a big improvement.
Lunchtime is a hidden gem here-it’s usually not too busy, and they offer some great specials, including take-home meal options that are super convenient.
All around, Carrabba’s continues to impress, and I really appreciate how much effort they’ve put into evolving while still keeping the charm that’s made me a loyal guest for so many years!
