This place is great! Best fountain drinks in Bakersfield, and their original fries are awesome. I’ve also had the pastrami sandwich and that’s very good as well. Pretty good food for the most part. Much better if you eat it there fresh. I love their pastramis and fried mushrooms, but they’re a somewhat skinny pastrami and they don’t add yellow peppers.

Went through the drive thru. The lady taking our order seemed like she wasn’t very happy to be there. We pulled up to the window paid then was asked to pull around to the front. There was one car behind us. We pull around and sit there a few minutes then went inside to get our drinks, and she asks was something missing in our order! Yeah our order. It was ready. But I wonder how long we would have waited if we hadn’t went inside. The food was ok that’s it.

This is an old school hamburger joint. It has been here forever and it is one of the nicest ones in Oildale. It is family-owned and they are almost always present. The food here is outstanding. It is fresh hot and just darn good. They also have a drive-through for your convenience.
