Good cupcakes! The flavors, texture and quality are outstanding. My only feedback is that I felt a bit rushed while placing my order. With so many options to choose from, it would be great if the front staff took a little more time and patience to help customers. Thank you for the wonderful cupcakes!

I have ordered from carousel cakes several times now and let me tell you …they’re fabulous! They come frozen (which is actually so convenient) and they taste amazing. I’ve tried the rocky road cake, the key lime pie, napoleon cake and the banana chocolate mouse. All so delicious. Definitely defrost them the day before in the fridge and they come out perfect each time. So happy to find this gem and will continue to use them for all my events!

I have been a cutomer of Cakes for years. My family likes their cakes. I find the quality okay, nothing special. The service has been lacking but still acceptable. However my experience with them this week was abysmal. I was tasked with ordering a birthday cake for my 11 y.o. niece. The store hours are limited. I was misinformed when I called earlier in the week. I was led to belive that there would be numerous cakes of ALL sizes and was told they were a wholesaler, so scarcity was not an issue. I arrived early Saturday morning because they close at 1pm on Saturday and are closed on Sundays, I was told there were only 2 size options, 6″ and 10″ and no decorator on Saturdays. Noone to write a simple “Happy Birthday “. The staff member, even during the call seem aloof and a bit too happy to say “No”, “we don’t do that”. During my Saturday visit observed this same non-accomodation with another customer asking for “Thank You” to be written on her cake. There appears to be a perverse delight in the staff saying “no we don’t do that”. It seems they are relying on their wholesale business and the individual customer is an inconvenience and nuance. I understand that they are listed as one of Oprah’s Favorite Things, but that schick is old. Oprah needs to visit them now to experience the arrogant monster she has created. Anyway, I will not go back. CakedUp on Main Street in New City about a 6 minute drive away has better quality and creativity decorated cakes. More importantly I feel appreciated there. Carousel Cakes has forgotten that they need customers. I don’t recommend.

Carousel cakes sells, cakes, pies, and cupcakes. Speciality cakes you must order in advance. Red velvet is my go to cake. Blue velvet is my cupcakes go to favorite. I ordered a couple of pies to taste this time. I’m praying they’re worth it. I lost my red velvet recipe. So, this is my go to place. You won’t regret it. Staff is very nice and service is so quick. They take cash and credit cards.

This is one of the best bakeries that I’ve ever been to. The cakes taste nothing at all like the typical bakery cakes, which I don’t like and will not eat. The cakes are very moist and flavorful, with a homemade quality that you just don’t get at most bakeries. Every one that I’ve had is delicious, but my favorites are the Blue Velvet and the Chocolates, of which they offer several varieties. They’re rich and satisfying, a small slice is enough for me. If you’re going on a Saturday, beware…don’t go too late in the day, they close at 1:00, nothing like getting your mouth set to taste one of these beauties and…whaaa..whaaa = CLOSED!

Always my go to if I need a cake fast. This is an efficient run business model. They freeze the cakes for fast service and never disappoint. This time we tried the New York Blackout Cake. This is sure to not disappoint. What is amazing about this business is that they ship overnight anywhere in the U.S.A. This place was Oprah endorsed. They also sell cupcakes, cheesecakes, and pies.
