Carolyn’s Cafe is a breakfast and lunch cafe located in Redlands since 2005. We moved to our current location in 2016. We feature hearty breakfasts as well as a full lunch menu. Our signature item is our fresh-baked Coffee Cake, served warm with melted butter! We are open 7 days per week until 1:45pm (temporary hours during Stay at Home are 7am-1pm daily). We offer great food and great service!

Wow! This place has amazing coffee cake and I hear is why everyone speaks highly of it. Breakfast was a generous portion, and their food tasted fresh. I will also mention that the bacon was thick and wasn’t chintzy. You know the quality of food provided by the thickness of the bacon and toppings on the pancakes. Staff was friendly and very customer oriented. Definitely not my last trip here.

The place was really busy, and I’m told that is normal. They handled the large group of people really well. I tried the Frisco burger. It was good. Fries and onion rings were also good.

Very crowded but good solid food and very generous helpings. This place is famous for its coffee cake, which I took home for dessert. Potatoes were not cooked enough for my liking. Service was really good. Expect a wait because this place is popular!

This was my first time at Carolyns Cafe I must say that I am very impressed. The wait was a little long but, It was worth the wait. The Portions are huge. The food was delicious. I got the crunchy French toast and it was the best I’ve ever had. The bacon was so thick and crunchy it was cooked to perfection. The service was great everyone had a sense of urgency but I never felt rushed. I highly recommend.

MY FAVORITE breakfast cafe! Everything is super fresh and flavorful, and yes, we love the coffee cake too! It seriously tastes like a day at Disneyland. There’s no other way to describe it. Personally, I think the portion sizes are splittable. My daughter and I usually split the California scramble, and half is more than enough. Service is always great too. They’re definitely doing everything right, here. Most days and times, expect to wait for a table–and expect it to be worth it!
