I am really pissed we have ordered multiple times at this location and THIS IS THE 3rd TIME they messed up our order and are missing a whole meal from the order.. We used to be regulars because we love the food but if we are spending over 50 bucks worth of food you need to get the order right… also super long wait time for my uber driver. Won’t be going to this location ever again.

I ordered catering to go. The lady on the phone for ordering was super nice and helpful. The order was correct, a good amount of food, cheaper than if I had bought everything at the store and had to cook myself. Well worth it! I didn’t realize the large tortillas were so big! Should have gotten the small for tacos. The only negative was I was supposed to pick it up at 10am. I got that at 10:15 and they had no clue. Order was not ready until 10:37. But the worker was very nice. And I had time.
Then I ate in store while I was waiting. The location was clean. Almost empty, which I’ve never seen a Carolina’s without a line.
The hard shell beef taco was amazing. One of my most favorite hard shell beef tacos. The hot sauce is consistently good. Ice tea is always fresh and cold. The cheese enchilada was very good. I got 1/2 red and 1/2 green sauce. I preferred the green sauce but nothing wrong with the red sauce. The worker girl was nice but also coughed the entire time I was ordering. Either wear a mask or stay home.

First visit. Friends said it was great so we went as a family & wasn’t sure what to expect. I should have read reviews before going to be prepared. Food was good and service was friendly. Lots of choices. I had the street tacos which were really good, just a bit soggy. Beans and rice were good as well. It’s not really a restaurant. It’s more of a fast food to go and they provide places for you to sit if you want to eat there. Food is served in to go boxes but they do bring it to your table if eating there. Tables were dirty and all the trash bins were overflowing, but it was a busy Saturday night. Really had the Mexico feeling to it, so it was enjoyable in a sense. Prepare your expectations accordingly.

At 4 pm I called in and paid for 20 Burritos to pick up at 6:30 . I Got there at 6:30 and they didn’t make them yet. The Young behind the counter girl was saying this was during our rush! I asked for the boss and explained I have plans in 15 minutes with the food. He said he could make them in 15 minutes.
What happened to you people today. Hire an older person and they will have some sense of urgency. I love this company and I have eaten at every location. Guess today they fell short.

Lady wasn’t pleasant to see me there and as this tiny burrito of mine is being made all I hear is women in the kitchen laughing hysterically. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS RIP OFF OF A FAMILY RESTAURANT.

See the photo, I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito, I understand a price increase for eggs not complaining about that. But when you don’t even get the equivalent of a single strip of bacon that is shameful. I opened my burrito to add salsa and this is what was in there. Gotta be yhe worst breakfast burrito I’ve ever received. I don’t order them often anymore but when I do I would like to taste bacon in my bacon breakfast burrito. Shame too cause I really liked Carolina’s overall but you guys fell extremely short on this one!
I updated the review, the GM and I spoke and he was very apologetic, and fully admitted they fell short, he said looking at the photo made him sad. He genuinely seems to care about his restaurant. I came back because I really like the food. Much better experience this time. Staff is always friendly. Thank you for reaching out and trying to rectify the experience. I know it won’t always be perfect but the food is solid and the salsa is one of my favorites around

Wasn’t impressed with new street tacos. Was told chicken was white meat, but it wasn’t and carne asada was cold and some fatty chunks. Corn tortillas also were uncooked.

I’m not sure if I’d come back. The customer service and speed of service were amazing.. but my food was very bland. The rice had no flavor, the beans had no flavor- the beans at least tasted fresh and homemade. My 3way burrito was literally all sauce. I tasted only a couple of small pieces of meat. The red sauce didn’t have flavor, the green sauce was actually good but there wasn’t meat. My meal wasn’t very filling for that reason.

I love this location! The food is consistently great, the staff are all friendly and helpful, shout out to Philip! The restaurant is also kept very clean. They get food out in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Lots of great options to choose from and you’ll see smiling faces at the register. Stop by if you haven’t yet!
