Been there a couple of times and it’s such a homely experience, with a big menu and lots of yummy things to try everytime we go there. Great staff and the look is oldschool and literally a homely feeling. Recommended for sure.

Place was packed! We picked this place last minute and I’m so thankful we did !! It will be somewhere we go regularly. And we live 45 minutes away! Walk in and all the seat were full people were standing and waiting to be seated… that tells me the food must be good!?!? well it took roughly 5 minutes for the hostess to seat us. We ordered our food and record time had our hot food at our table! Customer service was a 10! Good quality a 10! We figured out why it was so packed.. furniture market was coming to an end. Best breakfast we had out in a hot minute…. And not to mention the price was on point!!! We will be returning and if you’re not far and looking for a quick bit to eat that fresh stop in and grab one!

This my first time eating here and it was pretty good! When we walked in we were greeted by friendly waitstaff who seated us promptly. The diner itself was nice inside, and the oldies music and pictures were like stepping back through time. We decided to grab the hot chips as an appetizer, which were delicious and very fresh. As a main course, I decided on the potato soup, chicken strips with two sides and Texas toast. My friend got the baked spaghetti and garlic bread, which she said was really good. My food was decent but none of it wowed me. The chicken was over fried and a little dry for my taste. The potatoes were real, but that cheap brown gravy gave them a strange flavor! The mac and cheese was so-so and tasted like something out of the freezer section. Next time I am up this way I will try something different! The service was excellent though, and the tables were full inside!

Leyland was a terrific server, and he made some great suggestions on their specialty dishes. We are so glad we stopped in this small American diner to sample some truly great food. We strongly suggest giving them a try.

We could not have found a better diner on our trip, and we even went back for a 2nd meal here before we left town. Our food came out quick, was all the right temperatures and exactly as ordered, and it was ALL exceptionally yummy. The entire staff was pleasant and attentive.

My granddaughter and I visited on a Sunday after church. It was packed and it was only about 10:45 when we visited. However, there is plenty of parking. If the main parking lot is full, you can park in the adjoining parking lot in front of the department store.
It felt a bit chaotic as the staff shouted out people’s names over the loud, bustling sounds of the diner. But they seemed to have a system that worked! There were lots of families there, coupes and some dining alone that sat at the bar.
The food was delicious and prices were good for portion size. They serve breakfast all day, which I am a fan of!
Our server was responsive and on top of things despite how busy they were. However, she may have been reeling the pressure of the crowd as she didn’t smile the entire time we were there. Nothing against her, just something I appreciate in a server… a smile.
I had a delicious spinach and feta omelette that is marked as a favorite on the menu. I see why! One part of the omelette was a tad undercooked but not enough to warrant sending it back. My granddaughter enjoyed her biscuit and gravy as well as her hash browns.
Will definitely be back to this establishment in the future!

Been coming here for many years. Always great service and friendly people, hot food and generous portions. Always recommend the super smash burger, the big boy breakfast, liver pudding is awesome, diner bird, potato soup, and don’t forget, some pie 😉
