Service wasnt as good as you’d expected due to it not being crowded.
We had people come in after us and get their food before we got ours, when we did get ours those people where already done eating and walking out.
We asked for rolls itd take 10 minutes to get some. I was almost done with my meal before they finally brought them over.
I loved the blackened chicken alfredo and my son loved the 16 oz ribeye and the way it was cooked.
My other son got a Buffalo Wrap which seemed smaller than most other places but he said it was good. His side was fries and I swear they gave him the last bit of crumbs from the bag as he barely had any fries and mostly only tiny over cooked pieces of fries. A very small side portion too. Half of them he couldn’t eat as it was like hard potato chips and in pieces. I didnt want to ask for more due to we didnt have 30 more minutes to wait.

Me and my husband grade a steakhouse on 2 things: ranch and bread. They passed the test both were amazing! Service was fabulous!!! Food was fresh and tasted great. Everything came out quick but not too quick where you felt rushed. It was a great place for a date night and it didn’t break the bank. It will definitely be added to our rotation of local restaurants!

The wife had a New York strip, Medium. It was cooked good. Her side salad was a large portion and made fresh. I had the 16 oz prime rib medium rare. The rib portion was perfect, but the center was almost well and had the texture of a beef roast. If it hadn’t been for the rib portion. I would have sent the prime rib back. Our waitress was attentive and polite. Overall, things could be better. But not a bad experience either. Ill be back to try the rib eye.

My husband and I dined here yesterday for an early dinner. Our server Brianna S was an incredible server.. not only a great server, but a good person (we ended up having a great conversation with her).. she was on top of filling our drinks, making sure our food was right, and making sure we never needed anything! The food was absolutely delicious.. I got the chicken ceasar salad and my husband got the New York strip with baked potato, the steak was the best steak we have had at a restaurant in a long time and loaded baked potato was phenomenal as well (per my husband)… we can’t wait to come back again!!
If yall are looking for the best service.. ask for Brianna S to be your server, you will not be disappointed!!!!

I Ordered the 16oz pork chop. This thing was massive, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The house made mustard sauce paired wonderfully and complimented the grilled flavor of the chop. I don’t usually order a pork chop over a nice steak, but I’m glad I did in this instance.

First off, our server was amazing. Misha was smiling, friendly, and kept drinks filled. I’ve had some bad service at places, but I’d come back to carlina steak and rib because of her.
The nacho burger with the cowboy seasoning was good. It was a 10oz patty so a big burger.

Fresh flooring and interior, clean dining area, and very good food!
The servers were very attentive to refills, and the food came out quick and warm. Only complaints would be to see if the customer wants anything else before presenting them with the check. Some of the prices on the receipt do not match their menu, loaded potato said .99 extra, was charged 1.99, addon to have grilled shrimp with the meal said 8.99 in the menu, but was charged 5.99. But these are growing pains, I assume.
Also, one of the waitresses was constantly complaining about either a customer or another staff member, quietly dropping the F bomb, etc. but still audible to the ones seated by the registers in the back.
Still, it is VERY highly recommended! Lincolnton has needed a steakhouse, and they do not disappoint.

The waitress was very nice. There were 13 in our group. All but 9 got their meals in about 30 mins or so 4 of us it took an additional 15 minutes or so. 1 steak was bad. I don’t mean cooked wrong it was bad. The ribs I got had about 4 times to much sweet baby rays on them. The servers screwed the delivery up by not waiting for the whole order to be ready. Again the waitress was great. The manager did come to the table and apologized. We were compensated for the issues experienced and were even offered a card for 10% off. I told her to keep mine that I’d never be back in the establishment again. The ribs are good other than too much sauce. The servers were pure chaos. Order your sauces on the side if you go.

Good burgers and fries, but my medium well burgers were a wee bit charred. Either cook per customer preference or scrape the grill before throwinf the meat on. Next time I eat there I’ll make this review five stars if this easy task can be done.
Also, wait time for four was almost an hour. But it IS Lincolnton.

My.wofe and daughter took me.here for my birthday last Friday. The place was clean and looks welcoming inside. The food was amazing! Steak was cooked perfectly, the staff was very nice, our salads were delicious, and we had the mozzarella sticks (they just don’t look exactly the same as what resturaunt posted), but they were still really good! We will be back!
