Been coming here since opening week , there lunch hero’s are sooo good. Today me and my wife went for breakfast and tried something different and each had The Biscuit Bandit and we were not disappointed. First, the sandwich was huge! Such a flaky made fresh biscuit filed with a juicy fried chicken, pimento cheese and plenty of bacon with pepper jam. This is definitely my new go to breakfast from Carolina Charcuterie

Stopped into Carolina Charcuterie & Catering today for some picnic sandwiches and it was a total hit! We grabbed ‘The Don’ (their house special), the Southern BLT, and the Porchettaboudit—each one was incredibly delicious, fresh, and uniquely crafted.
You can tell the staff takes huge pride in their business; they were so friendly and welcoming. Everything is made to order and truly high quality. This place is a total local gem!

March 7, 2026 at 12:30pm. Very disappointed with the 2 sandwiches we ordered in person for takeout. Just got home and the bread was not toasted as requested, so the chicken salad sandwich is now soggy and un-eatable. So I am now making do by eating as a non sandwich. The BLT sandwich was ordered with mayo and there was no mayo on the bread. Finally, the clerk taking the order said they didn’t have rye bread yet there were sandwiches made with rye bread. Very disappointing for the premium price charged. $26 for 2 sandwiches!

Barbie and her husband made booking so easy! I was able to discuss portions and not over order (which I tend to do). They provided everything that we needed tand the price was incredible in comparison to other local businesses and food was TOP NOTCH! They helped make my husbands 45th Birthday party amazing and the food was raved about all night! Highly recommend if your’e looking for amazing food and easy service. And their daily menu is to die for for the northerners looking for some comforting italian…we are picky and they made us realize we finally have a spot in Waxhaw for incredible Italian and service! Grateful for this spot close by!

The food is fresh and delicious. The service is excellent. If you’re looking for authentic Italian food in Waxhaw, this is your place. Beautiful shop, excellent food and very welcoming atmosphere. We have ordered different types of sandwiches and entrees for a dinner party. The charcuterie is definitely a step above, packed with high quality meats, cheeses, fruit and sweets; there are a nice selection of entrees, sides and salads and everything is delicious! Seamless transaction all around. We highly recommend this establishment.

Fantastic, had been a long time since I had a good chicken cutlet. The Don was phenomenal! This is a full deli with NY flavors! Phenomenal sandwiches! I’d show you pictures, but that would require an x-ray. I’m not letting this go.

I visited Carolina Charcuterie and Catering for the first time yesterday as I wanted to try something new. I am so glad I did and I went back today. I will start by saying the Owner and staff are extremely nice and very welcoming. The first time I went I ordered the Philly cheesesteak. I can only say that when I tell you it was amazing, it was slap your mama amazing. Sorry I’m southern, I live just south of Philadelphia when I was in the military and I would often visit Pats and Genos for their legendary cheesesteaks. The one I ordered at the Carolina Charcuterie was as close as it gets to that. They make their own cheese sauce for the cheesesteak and it definitely gives Pats and Genos a run for their money. My 9 yo son tried mine and liked it so much he begged me to get one for him today after school. I’m sure all of their sandwiches are delicious but I just haven’t gotten past the cheesesteak yet. The owner is an actual chef with many years experience and so if you haven’t been take my word for it and you won’t be disappointed.

Stumbled upon this little gem in Waxhaw today and had lunch with my little one.
The Beef on Weck is the by far the best I’ve ever had outside of the 716. My daughter also stated that the smash burger special was “bussin”. Highly recommended.
We will be back for sure.

Their menu is full of fresh, delicious options! For breakfast, we ordered a Southern Bandit (chicken sandwich) and a breakfast sandwich special and absolutely loved them. They were wonderfully crafted and the portions sizes were great for the price. We will definitely be back to try more menu options for future breakfasts and lunches! The staff was super friendly and we look forward to being back soon!
