The brisket, BBQ slaw and baked beans really hit the spot. The homemade sauce was tasty with just the right level of flavor. The BBQ Chicken, slaw and green beans are also very tasty. Staff was friendly, service was quick. Forget fast food, this is so worth it.

I may just have to move to Spartanburg! This place has some fantastic food y’all! The ribs are really good with no sauce needed. The hush puppies, fried squash, mac and cheese, and onion rings are all made in house (and you can tell because they are all really tasty). Trust me when I tell you that will not regret trying this place. YUM!

I’ve ordered takeout from this location a few times. The food is fantastic. The brisket and pulled pork are among some of the best I’ve ever had. Recently I ordered mac and cheese and banana pudding. It was close to closing one night and the mac and cheese was not good. Normally it is. I just learned not to order late as you get the remnants and it leaves a lot to be desired. I’m still giving five stars because the good experiences substantially outweigh the one bad one.

Food was quite tasty. Servers were really friendly and on the ball. Got a combo plate and practically had to roll myself out of the building I was so full. Mac ‘n cheese was meh, but everything else was really quite good.

First time here while in town …3-4 stars…had 2 waters, 1 lemonade, beef brisket plate, smoked turkey plate, kids BBQ sandwich plate, BBQ pork and ribs plate, side of Mac n Cheese, onion rings, beans, fries…$50ish. Food was good…ribs were flavorful but wish there was more…lol…baked beans had shredded BBQ in it and were good…Mac n cheese was peppery and cheesy, good flavor. Didn’t really care for the smoked turkey but it was ok with BBQ sauce and they have 3 different ones… classic, mustard base and cheerwine sauce(to sweet for me, don’t care for cheerwine either but that’s a personal preference). Plates came with 3 hush puppies, which were classic. Walking in on Saturday at 3pm, not busy…the table was sticky and it had the smell of a wet mop when walking in which is a bit of a turn off but we thought to give it a try anyway and glad we did. I would recommend at least trying it once!

I love Barbecue and everything about it but even with that, this place was outstanding. My only regret is not eating more. I learned a few years ago that I love mustard-based barbecue sauce and they don’t insist on saucing up your food first. You can taste the smoke and add as much sauce as you like to give it your version of perfection.
There was a place in South Carolina I loved that closed so this may, as they are awarded, be the best barbecue in the state. I absolutely believe them to be. I can’t imagine the flavor could be better and at this high of a level, anyone close to them would simply be splitting hairs as to who is better.

Would’ve been better off getting a brisket sandwich from QT. Did not enjoy the canned baked beans or the side of mayo with pickles and potatoes. Dinner was sad
