Wanted a place for some late night food in Knoxville and was thankful to find a place actually open until 2am!! Fairly lively for a Wednesday night. Bartender was pleasant and accommodating even while dealing with a sizeable crowd at the bar. Food is pretty standard sports bar fare- I had the fried pickles and southern fried chicken salad. Good size portions and tasty. Glad to find a place open late that’s not Waffle House. 🙂

Tishaila provided absolutely top-tier customer service! From the moment we were seated, she was welcoming and attentive. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and answered all of my questions with confidence and patience, which made ordering so easy. On top of that, she had the most beautiful smile and such a positive attitude that truly made our whole experience better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. Highly recommend asking for Tishaila if you visit! The food was absolutely delicious, everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.

I can’t speak on the restaurant itself but we were highly dissatisfied with what we got when we ordered in. The steak was supposed to be medium and it was well done and hard, if the picture is supposed to be any indication of the food then it didn’t even come close. Five slices of steak and a handful of fries? Absolutely ridiculous.

I had such a great experience at Carolina Ale House! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the food was fresh and flavorful. What really made the visit stand out, though, was our server, Caden. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what he does. He checked in at all the right times without being overbearing, made great menu recommendations, and kept our drinks refilled without us even having to ask. His positive attitude made the whole meal even better. If you’re going to Carolina Ale House, definitely ask for Caden. He’ll take care of you!!!

Had a really great time at Carolina Ale House thanks to our bartender, Tie! She was super friendly, on top of everything, and just made the whole experience easy and fun. She suggested the wings and they were so good and crispy with the perfect amount of sauce. I had a House Margarita with it and it was fresh and not too sweet. Even when it got busy, she kept checking on us and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely ask for her if you go!
