This place is nice. I’m from out of town so a beer for anything over $5-$6 is getting steep. Great selection though. The have Gluten free boneless wings options. It’s grilled and a bit flat but still good. The area looks beautiful. Very much a Hallmark vibe during the holidays. Would definitely recommend

great first experience! I had a very long day at work and have never eaten here before so I decided to try it out this weekend, and my waitress Kaylee was so helpful and sweet. She really lightened up my mood and was so helpful with suggesting entree options. What a personable and sweet girl, I wish there were more kind servers like her.

Friendly staff. Food came at the right time. Wasn’t really crowded, and the noise level was moderate.

The chicken Alfredo – not hot, warm, but delicious!

This place is right around the corner from where I work, so I do see myself coming back to enjoy some nice crusine.

I had an amazing time at Carolina Ale House, and it was all thanks to our incredible waitress, Cat.

From the moment we sat down, Cat was on top of everything — warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to interact with. She anticipated what we needed before we even asked, made great recommendations, and kept the energy upbeat the whole visit. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond with such effortless charm, but Cat absolutely did.

If you’re visiting, do yourself a favor and hope you get Cat as your server. She made our night unforgettable!

Ordered delivery from here numerous times. First time eating inside and was very pleased! Let me start with Destiny is ! Excellent service, very sweet and quick to serve.

Burgers and wrap were cooked well. The zinger wrap is even better with grilled chicken vs fried. Atmosphere is lively and inviting. Restaurant was clean all around.

Will certainly be back!

All our food was super greasy and ice cold. Draft beer was beyond flat. Sat for extended periods with never seeing a server. Including waiting over 15 minutes just to get the bill. Picture has food removed to show the lovely amount of grease/oil. Horrible experience.

So, this was my very first time coming to this restaurant. I must say that I was very impressed. The ribs was amazing and tender. My wife had the chicken and pasta. Which was kinda bland on the taste buds. I will be back. Promise. Big s/o to the Cook Brandon for the tender Ribs. A to the very kind & helpful waitress Destiny & her Trainee Shelby. All 3 did an outstanding job. I truly appreciate them all.

This restaurant is consistent let down. As a local service industry vet I complain very rarely. The bar always smells like it was mopped with the oldest moldiest mop in existence. The facility is overall dirty and run with service that is always lacking. They move through staff quickly and always seem to make bad choices on who they hire. The managers are non existent and check on zero of their guests although they charge very high prices. This is a failing business and the current upper management ignores reviews like this. The local community only begrudgingly dines here when other establishments are closed. They need a serious overhaul and a management team that actually cares about hospitality. I have dined at many Carolina ale houses and have never seen the standards fall to the wayside as severely as they have here. The owners should be embarrassed of the restaurant they run as this has been a consistent issue over the last 3-4 years with no sign of improvement or accountability.

What a great place to eat and drink at. Our server Carley was amazing and one of the nicest human beings I’ve met. Went to the bar after because I could not keep my eyes off of the bartender. Her name was Alexis I think! Very rarely do good looks come with good service but she was the anomaly here. Drinks on point, carried conversations with just about anybody and the most endearing personality. I didn’t want to leave.

On top of that their manager Ciara kept coming around making sure everyone in that establishment was having a great experience as well. Will definitely be back here a lot more solely based on this experience.

Carolina Ale was really nice. We sat outside next to the lake. The sound of the water was very soothing. I ordered the 28-day old aged steak with veggies, fries and a house salad. The food was delicious and affordable. Brandon, our waiter was very nice and attentive to our needs. The only thing was the lighting outside attracted the bugs and spiders. My overall experience was nice and I will definitely come again.
