Nice place to go for a meal. We went around 1:00 and there were only maybe 2 other booths occupied, so not busy. We sat down and after 10 minutes we had to flag somebody down to tell them we are ready to put our drink order in. She (hoostess) came back and said I can’t find your waitress I’ll take your drink order. She was very nice & polite, she ended up being our waitress for the duration. After we gave her our food order it took quite a while for our food to arrive. Seemed odd with only to other booths being occupied. Once it did finally arrive the food was hot and it was all very good. I had the Cod Fish & Fries and my wife had the Crispy Shrimp & Fries. Like I said both were very good. They have an extensive menu & drink menu. So the the only concern I would have to bring up is the lack of help, thus creating a longer wait time for thre customer. So just be awareof it. Otherwise I love the food there, especially the Wisconcin Cheese Curds. You’ll be hard pressed to find any better. Atmosphere is very nice with a lot of TVs showing all the sports for the day. Plenty of parking available.

Amelia was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. She checked on us consistently without being overwhelming and made sure everything came out perfectly. Her attitude was so positive and genuine, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. She made our whole experience even better. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Amelia — she’s the best!

The house salad was delicious to start. The Baja Chicken & shrimp and the two chicken tacos w/ chips & salsa was awesome. And the Brownie w/ vanilla ice cream & whip cream was amazing.

Been a long time since I’ve been here. A big disappointing change here. I loved this place for the decent sized wings. However these wings are wingettes. They are not seasoned, just sauce added. And the price is crazy high for these. Not only that but the rice pilaf was overly cooked and bland. Food came out quick. My waitress had a slow start at first. But she was attentive after she took my order. She was very nice and understanding with my shock and disappointment. She even offered to take it back and have my rice pilaf replaced. I really can’t get over the wingettes here. It’s sad. Quality goes down and prices go up. bring back the greatness please!!!!

My partner and I typically sit at the bar. We don’t drink but we watch sports and prefer having the option to watch several screens. The only reason we go back is that the food doesn’t disappoint. We love their salmon and usually get a blackened salmon salad which is always cooked to perfection. The cooks should be getting our tips because the service is mediocre at best. I think of all the times we have been to this restaurant, we were happy ONE time with service. I wish I remembered the bartender’s name because we would request his schedule and only return on those days. The other bartenders seem to only focus on their regulars or whatever they have going on in their personal lives, rather than creating relationships with new clientele by opening communication. Most days weren’t busy and unfortunately we keep going back. If one day the food starts to disappoint, we will stop going. Service is such an important factor in where we dine out. The only other thing that brings us here is they have a pool table, which we play a lot of.

Nice place with the potential to get busy, especially on specific sports days. Today we went for dinner, and for the price the portions were pretty good. Not too much or too little. But service was slow even though there were may 2 other families there. Which would explain why our food wasn’t hot. I don’t know if it was the kitchen or our server, but there is no way it should have taken as long as it did. Other than that though it was okay. I want to try their deserts next time. That looked good, but we didn’t have any time left for it today.

I have never been here. They offered a rib special I was told was worth the trip so I thought I’d give it a shot. I was hesitant considering I was in the heart of NC bbq culture but I have to day after years of living here, I was pkeased with their ribs. The meat fell off the bone, the sauce had the right amount of kick and the fries were hot, crisp and we’ll seasoned. Only thing I’d change? The slaw could have been a little wetter with a tad more pepper, but let’s face it, slaw is subjective and it was good. Beer selection was very nice and the staff was wonderful. I look forward to returning with friends.
