This place is really good for late chill – they are open every day till 2am. They have variety of food and a good drinks menu. Kaii is really cool guy on the bar – ask him to make Carolina Hurricane cocktail for you – it’s really good!

Service was a little slow at first, but a friendly waiter. My kid didn’t eat any of his cheese pizza; it looked yummy & was extra cheesy but he didn’t like the flavor of the pizza sauce & I wasn’t a fan either. My shrimp & fries were delicious though. Pass on the black beans.

My family and I had dinner at Carolina Ale House tonight and had such a wonderful experience, thanks largely to our server, Natalie. She was absolutely delightful—kind, observant, and incredibly attentive throughout our entire meal. She made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask and took such great care of our table.
It’s rare to come across service that genuinely stands out, but Natalie truly made our evening special and gave us one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. We were so grateful to have her as our server!

Good food, great service, a little noisy.
Our group enjoyed out trip the the ale house, our food (and drinks) were all tasty and well done. Seirra our server was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. We sat on the outdoor patio and enjoyed the sights and sounds of the busy shopping area. I’m very glad we weren’t sitting inside. It happened to be trivia night and holy cow was it loud. Sitting outside we could have easily played given every question and answer was being announced though the speaker system at an excessive volume.
All in all if I was back in the area I would be happy to come back!

Our server, Natalie, was super welcoming, offering top-tier customer service. She made great suggestions about what to try which turned out to be delicious. The wings were superb and the rib/MAC & Cheese egg rolls are complete perfection! We look forward to coming back again soon and will be sure to ask for Natalie.

We had a great experience at Carolina Ale House, and I have to give a huge shoutout to our server, Ashlyn. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without ever being intrusive. You can tell she genuinely cares about her tables and takes pride in what she does.
The food quality was solid, but the service is what truly stood out—Ashlyn made the entire experience better, made us laugh and enjoy the time even more . If there’s a contest or recognition tied to service, she absolutely deserves it. We’ll definitely will be back and hope to have her again!

The lady that was our server and always is very sweet when we come , which is often…. This time they were advertising their new menu items for the season. It doesn’t seem like there servers are educated on the items . Seeing I got the wrong Alfaro pasta . The manger didn’t take her time to even really listen to what the problem was . She punched it . When I got my food finally my husband was done with his food. It was just a disappointment this time around.

Just wanted to come on here and say me and my family had a wonderful experience saturday night with Natalie! She is very well mannered, knew the whole menu and could answer every question i asked (i asked alot im a picky eater). the sense of urgency to make us happy is what any person going out to eat looks for and she rocked out! She is the definition of a great server. Thank you for this wonderful experience. (i tried to talk to a manager about how wonderful our night went but they were pretty busy so im writing this instead)
