We had a great dining experience at Carolina Ale House – Brier Creek. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the restaurant has a unique blend of sports‑bar energy and family‑friendly comfort. With TVs everywhere, a broad menu, and a fun, upbeat vibe, it’s the kind of place that works just as well for a casual dinner as it does for watching a game with friends.

The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I ordered a side of Pub Chips, the Famous Beer‑Battered French Fries, and a Carolina Hurricane. Everything was well‑prepared, and the Carolina Hurricane was a standout. One of their signature cocktails that’s refreshing, balanced, and perfect for the setting. My coworker enjoyed a few Zingers along with an entrée featuring steak and shrimp, and he devoured every bite.

Carolina Ale House is known for its wide selection of craft beers, creative cocktails, and hearty comfort‑food favorites. Whether you’re in the mood for wings, burgers, fresh salads, or one of their specialty entrées, there’s something for everyone.

A delicious meal, friendly service, and a fun atmosphere made this a great stop. I’d happily return.

I had a wonderful time at Carolina Ale House Brier Creek on Sunday. Everyone that works there was very friendly. The food was perfect! Got the spinach and cheese dip, grouper fingers with lemon pepper seasoning, a buffalo chicken wrap, fries and donut holes for dessert. The grouper fingers were amazing! Our server, Ken, was so accommodating and attentive. My friend and I stayed 5 or 6 hours and Ken took great care of use the entire time. When I go back I’m definitely asking for him!

We experienced a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in.
We completed our meal and requested our servers name to give recognition because he was so phenomenal. So Greg is his name he greeted us at the door at the hostess stand sad and then he came back and said he would be the server. He exceeded our expectations. he is a rare few that you don’t see anymore in the serving business or restaurant business I should say. We had a wonderful experience not only was the food. Great everything we ordered, but he was nice, kind, fast sufficient, and very friendly. If we lived in the area, we would definitely return here and recommend this location.
Often times and not people tend to send in surveys only when they’re upset about something and not enough people give it for good service and this fellow and the Restaurant the Cook staff everyone we spoke to the young lady at the bar who is pregnant she came and spoke to us. They were all so friendly and really made our experience a good one.

First time at this location and overall a terrible experience because of the poor execution of the food from kitchen.

Our waitress was very nice and did all she could. When we were waiting over 25 minutes between soup and entrees I asked to speak to the manager. She was very nice and said they had a large party and was short staffed in the kitchen. I can understand that, but when the food finally did arrive it was poorly prepared.

I ordered meatballs in sauce with garlic bread, which on the menu it was mentioned to use the bread to dip in the sauce. There was a ton of melted cheese on top of the meatballs, but no visible sauce on or under them. I was able to get some sauce from the manager, but by then the bread was cold and found the meatballs were hard as rocks. My spouse had a chicken sandwich that was very, very dry. Bottom line, the entrees were unacceptable. The manager did comp my meal, which I appreciated, but I’d rather have had it be well prepared.

I noticed the rest of the tables in our section, most that were seated soon after us, were also waiting an equally long time for their food.

Approaching the ladies room there was a very strong smell of urine, which I assumed was coming from the men’s room next door, but it was very much present in the ladies room as well. The soap dispenser was very old and in poor condition, even squirting the soap out of it sideways. Seriously, how much does it cost to replace something like that??

The patrons, who keep any restaurant’s doors open, deserve more than what this location has to offer. Plus it wasn’t even a weekend. This was a Monday night. There’s no way I’ll ever return here.

We were a little isolated watching the Detroit lions with a bunch of Cowboys fans but everyone was super nice and accommodating. Food was great. Flavorful with good portions and good prices. Sorry not better pics.

Great location that’s open late. Bar food is decent and the beer selection and sizes are awesome. What’s not to like?

So you guys definitely need to try the cheesecake Changa – it’s a crispy fried tortilla filled to the brim with blueberry cheesecake then tossed in a cinnamon sugar and drizzled with caramel sauce. Only $10 at the Carolina ale house. Let me just tell you how this thing is going off of the menu on April 3. They’re crazy. It is literally like a funnel cake in your mouth. It’s like an explosion. You definitely have to try this. Keep this on the menu. This is a hot commodity. Don’t let them get rid of it guys – shout out to my girl Brianna for hooking me and my husband up!!!!

We went to Carolina Ale house for their Veterans Day Special. The free ribs were good, but not the best I’ve ever had. However, the wait staff and management were wonderful. I want to give a special shout out to Nicolette. She was working behind the bar and was just amazing. She took such good care of us, we will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere and plenty of TVs for sports. Service was very very slow, maybe they just didn’t have the staff at the time not sure. The pretzels were really good, especially with the cheese dip. The fries were delightful, perfect crisp to fluffyness for the larger pub fries. The wings however I recommend staying away from. They were tiny, the buffalo sauce was ok, honestly they could have used more sauce in general. I ordered 6 when they came out there were 12 wings I figured oh maybe because they are small or because of the slow service. Then the bill came and it was for 12 wings. I was honestly just ready to leave at that point so I paid and left.

I can’t say anything about the food because I only had liquids. The location has 74 TV’s so no matter where you sit you’ll be looking at a television. There is a beer on tap for everyone’s taste. The bar staff does a great job.
