I come here Sunday mornings once or twice a month because, but this time LAS CARNINTAS were a little bit of dry.
I ordered a MENUDO for the first time, and it was decent, different, but not the best around.
My wife ordered CALDO DE BARBACOA, and it was ok. Los TACOS DE BARBACOA were ok. Tacos in general are good.
Also, we ordered a side of NOPALES and they were so great!!!
Unfortunately, the service is not, they need organization, or somebody who knows what to do. I have never seen more than 5 tables, and the service still bad.

First off I was excited to try this place out because I just went to visit Quiroga in Michoacán and they had the best carnitas I had ever tasted. But this place in Burbank, il. Are not the same at all. They are very average carnitas & very expensive. Besides that every place you go to purchase carnitas gives you tortillas, salsa, and onions, celantro, etc. with your purchase. This place charges everything separately it’s just wrong! And to top off they were very rude and because of this especially, I will not ever go back to this restaurant ever again! A little advice to the owner of this establishment would be to learn to be kinder to your reviewers & new customers because it makes a big deal. And my advice to new customers expect high prices & alright not the best a little dry carnitas. This is my honest opinion and it’s a shame.

The food at this place was just awful! The rice was dry and hard, the horchata was just so bad. We had steak tacos, menudo and quesadillas and not one of these items was good.

Found this place at random and glad I did. Went in for carnitas but was disappointed in my carnita taco. The carnitas were very dried out like they were a day or two old. However, the rest of my food was delicious and the tacos are very fulfilling. The amount of food you get is well worth it. Service was fast and good. I would definitely come back. My husband ordered the burrito de carnitas and he really enjoyed his.

I tried their carnitas and they were amazing! The pork was perfectly tender with just the right balance of juicy inside and crispy golden edges. You could tell it was slow-cooked with care—the flavor had that rich, savory depth with hints of garlic, citrus, and spices.

I love the carnitas from here but the service is awful. The lady at the counter is very rude. I would go here more if the service was friendlier specifically from the check out people.

Stopped in for soup they said they ran out then they have they said they had some. It was not good at all don’t recommend having soup and I think they knew it was the end of the Bowl not good business at all I paid and left I really should have said something meaning complain

Ordered steak burrito dinner and it was good! Portions are just right. Rice did not seem authentic. I liked the sauce options they give as well.

Really excited for this place. I was expecting a little better quality food but I was disappointed but giving that they just opened up I hope they make adjustments to improve their food and what they are known for. I am willing to always give a second chance.
