Delicious carnitas! We just moved here from Florida and have been to this place twice. Gets packed! Call before to make sure they still have food left and place your order so when you get there you can pick up and take home or sit there.

Ok, Been here several times already and my favorite are Carnitas and the tortillas (only corn) are Amazing. Not fond of the (beef) Chicharones (only Weds) but i like Pork & my Fave is Doña Tortillas (Mission/29th St). I Do Not recommend the Quesadillas, Although amazing, you can only get the corn tortilla option which is so small but delicious! (I suggest Tues at Filebertos w Everything. (Yoca doesn’t served lettuce or cheese on your carne plates. Ok, will keep coming back to see what else is Amazing!!

This is a great find! They’re not open very late, so come early. Carnitas ate so good! Handmade tortillas are the bomb! Salsa selection is really good. You should try this place. Expect lines.

Wow! The carnitas were so tasty. This is what the restaurant is known for and I will definitely go back. The salsas were good. Homemade tortillas were delicious. It was a great overall experience.

LA YOCA , these TACOS are delicious, like ” Nana ” makes simple and delicious, they offer a salsa bar so you can add your topping your way, everything here is made from scratch, homemade. There is no bar ,so if you want a margarita or beer get it to go . The local Hispanic community packs this place everyday, the hours are 8 am till 3:30 , however they may run out of food ( yes it really happens) Enjoy authentic Mexican tacos in Tucson like the locals!

We bought 1 pound of carnitas and we were very pleased with the food. We were able to make 10 tacos yet we were only provided with 8 tortillas. The tortilla are made by them and they truthly are very fresh and tasty. When it comes to the service at the front it really reflects the stress as the result of the large number of customers there, Is very hard to hear what is going on as well. We also bought some cookies there as well as they allow people to sell their products. Will most likely return yet disappointed with the service provided.
