Even though there are many places in the AV where you can order carnitas, this has got to be the very best. It is also the only place I know of specializing in only carnitas.
I recommend getting “surtida”, which means “a little of everything”, a blend of solid muscle mass, skin and buche. You can also get any of those three alone.
