Excellent food and service! The people here are amazing! A little loud and some of the two-top tables are in a weird spot but it’s nothing that you can’t get over fairly quickly, especially when the food arrives. The croquettes were delicious!! Being it’s our first time here, we got the Carnivero platter. It has a little of everything on it. Absolutely wonderful! This is the best way to try them out on your first visit. I now know what I want when we come back! The La Piña Catalana was magnificent! Anderson and Victor were so good to us (so was the manager on duty but I missed his name)! We will be back here the next time we are in Miami!

We sat at the bar and had a great experience. Our bartender/server Javier and the manager were very attentive all night.
We started with ceviche and the wagyu tartare — absolutely spectacular, 100% recommended.
For the main course we ordered a 1.5 lb beef chop. A fun touch is that you get to brand the steak yourself with a hot iron and stamp the restaurant’s logo — a unique experience. It was delicious, served with moro rice and mashed potatoes.
The drinks were also great — the lemons drops and the Bloody Mary were both excellent.
The highlight dessert was the pineapple crema catalana, served inside a pineapple with orange-pineapple ice cream — amazing.
Great service and great food. Definitely coming back.

We had such an enjoyable dinner at Carniceros. From the moment we walked in, the place felt alive with great energy, a fun ambiance, and a vibe that made the whole experience feel special. The food was excellent across the board. The appetizers were flavorful and well-prepared, the drink selection was solid, and our filet and NY strip were done just right.
What truly set the night apart, though, was the service. Enrique and Victor were phenomenal. Enrique took the time to walk us through the menu and explain our options since it was our first time dining there, and his attention made us feel genuinely welcomed. Victor checked in throughout the evening, always at the right moments, making sure we had everything we needed.

We had a great experience at Carnicero on Flagler Street , a new steakhouse in Miami that delivers very good quality for the price.
The portions are generous but well balanced, the right amount of meat, well prepared, and clearly good quality for what you’re paying. You leave satisfied, not overwhelmed.
We started with corvina Ceviche . The presentation was beautiful. For me, it was good but not my personal favorite, though everyone else at the table loved it, so clearly a crowd pleaser!
In terms of comparison, Carnicero feels like a step up from Toro Loco, especially when it comes to meat quality and atmosphere which I think is better here. That said, Toro Loco still wins on sauces, and their yuca frita remains stronger in my opinion.
Overall, Carnicero offers a very good steakhouse experience, with solid execution, fair pricing, and a menu that works well for groups but also for more casual dates. We’ll definitely be back.

First time being here. And let me say, it was an amazing experience. Ely and Victor were amazing, great service. Ely gave amazing food recommendation. The food did not disappoint. The waygu tartar . Steak were tender and super flavorful. Overall will definitely come back again.

I almost don’t want to review .. I such a great hidden secret. The decor, the ambiance , the food and undeniably. Thank You . The service is stellar. The food is amazing, the quality of ingredients and service surpassed my expectations. Located in a strip mall next to Sedano’s so expectations were not high. Our waiter Leandro was excellent. I have already recommended it to my friends and will definitely be back. We had the Sevillana Sangria Pitcher, Lamp Chips, Charcutroe Pllater, Ceviche Bites, Pucanha and Butchers Cut. Even ordered Carniceria Fried arrive to go for lunch tomorrow. Definitely a must return.

The inside is beautifully decorated with an eye catching chandelier in the middle. Went with family, the service here was mid, but received great service from the boy who packed up our food. Didn’t get his name. I ordered the Picanha Steak with moro as a side. Food was good but let’s be honest, the Brazilians do meats better.

The attention to detail was impressive. Our server, Jordi, was so tentative and knowledgeable about the different cuts of beef. He was very passionate about what we were about to experience. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and delicious to our palette. We ordered the lamb chops, Denver steak plus an array of sides. Dessert was also divine and my drink, Wake up, Pedro was exquisite. Jordi made a recommendation of what we can order at our next visit. We will definitely come back and do just that. ♥️

Great service, kind servers, great food and drinks. The wait was not long at all and the food was fresh. The only complaint for atmosphere was the unisex bathroom cleanliness. It was very dirty and had not been serviced, I recommend they tend to the cleanliness of the bathroom more often.
