I sent my daughter’s to buy birria and consomé. She asked for 5 consomés and was told they only had enough for 4, that was fine. But she also asked for them to not put much grease and those attending were not pleased. So, she pays comes home and guess what? After separating the consomé from the grease we had 1.5 of the containers that were grease only. We would have understood if she was told hey we cant separate the grease and the consomé, or even if they said we can only give you 2 without grease. I understand that some people want the grease for quesabirrias but us we didn’t. I totally would have understood if they had said that we needed to pay for it.

Came through the drive thru and got a pound of chicken (came as 3 chicken legs), a pound of carnitas, fresh tortillas, serrano salsa, and habanero salsa. Cost about $25 and was enough to feed 4. Really really good food. Tender meat and salsa was spiiicy. I will be back often.

They have people cut you fresh meat to cook. They also sell cooked meat like pork meat,and porkrinds the Hispanic way with some meat underneath. Towards the back inside they’re making fresh tortillas like in our homeland.
