The food was tremendous — huge portions and everything we tried was delicious. The soup was excellent, and the meat platter for four was incredible (we literally took half of it home). Great flavor all around. The staff was very nice and attentive, and everything was spot on. We’ll definitely be back.
Only small downside: they bring the card machine to the table and the tip is built in, but I never received a receipt or breakdown of the charges, which would’ve been nice. Other than that, great experience.

I Have ordered Patacon Maduro con Pollo , its Sweet Plantain with shredded chicken topped with tipical Sauces lettuce tomato. This Plate was insanely DELICIOUS . Have tried it at other Venezuelan restaurants and this is by far The Best I’ve had. My husband ordered Carne in Vara. Very juice, tender and fresh cut meat. I Definitely recommend this Location whether Your Spanish or Not. Don’t know how long they’ve been around. But definitely the place to eat. And prices were pretty fair considering the quality of the food and customer service. The waiter said they sometimes have live bands.. Very worth going. Try it out y’all . You won’t regret it.

We had a fantastic experience at Carne en Vara La Gloria Grill. From the moment we arrived, the attention and service were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The food was simply incredible. Every dish was full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. In fact, the food was so good that by the time we remembered to take a photo for this review, there was almost nothing left on the plate. When the food arrived, it looked so appetizing that all we wanted to do was eat—and we did.
The quality of the meat and the overall execution of the dishes truly stand out. You can tell they take pride in what they serve, and it shows in every bite.

This place is FANTASTIC. Service and food are 10/10. The meat is bursting with flavor and the sauces are delicious. We got the combo, which gave us a tower of meat and sides. We also tried the yucca, platanos, rice, and beans. The sangria was also delicious. My 10 year old niece said it was the “best meat she’s ever had” – and I have to agree. 10/10 recommend

Tried the Birria Ramen this week for lunch..very tasty! The birria tacos looked great as well. Definitely want to return. A tad pricey for a lunch stop, but the food quality and taste was worth it.
