Service was attentive and atmosphere was like going back in time in a good way.
The toasted ravioli weren’t greasy, which was good, but they didn’t have much flavor. Tasted like something straight from a frozen bag. Definitely wouldn’t order them again.
The tiramisu was excellent. Creamy, rich, and probably the only part of the meal I’d go out of my way to get again.
Not a bad place if you’re nearby and want something familiar, but it didn’t blow me away. Just okay.
We started with a fresh and creamy burrata heirloom salad, perfectly paired with a refreshing Aperol Spritz. For the main course, we enjoyed both the chicken Marsala and the Sinatra-style chicken Parmigiana—elevated with rich bolognese, sautéed mushrooms, and peppers. Every bite was perfection.
If you’re in Los Angeles, do yourself a favor and book a table at Carmine’s. An absolute must-visit!
