The place was beautiful the service was great and the food was good. It wasn’t a wow factor but it was somewhat expensive. Would I go back to this restaurant the next time I’m in town. Probably not. When you walk in it smells like sewer but besides that it was very nice.

When I was a child, there was an Italian restaurant here called Peppino’s. We probably went there more than any other restaurant. Consistently good food.
This place has been a few different incarnations of Italian restaurants since then. Despite living in this area for a while again now, I haven’t tried this place again until tonight. Wow, what a mistake!
It’s owned by different people than when it was Peppino’s and the menu isn’t the same either but it has all the typical Italian food you’d expect. Everything we ate was great. The portions were huge and very reasonably priced ($20 for an entree – that’s crazy nowadays!). Especially considering salad and bread came with the meal which seems like something you don’t get too often anymore.
I definitely plan to come back. My biggest regret is having lived in this area for so long and not giving the “new” (not new at all -it’s been here at least 8 years) restaurant a shot. Truly a gem.
And if you’re old enough to have dined at any of the previous incarnations, prepare yourself for a trip down memory lane. It’s pretty much the same place inside and out!

The pasta here is off the hook amazing! They have a great selection for the whole family and this is a place you will go again and again. Food, service, staff, and overall experience is just the best of the best!

Best tomato sauce I’ve ever had. The sauce is phenomenal! Everything is very fresh and delicious. High quality homemade bread and salad included in the dishes. Really made the food wonderful. I usually get takeout because I’m too busy to dine in, but this food is spectacular every time!

I would give more stars if I could. We stopped here for lunch because it was just off the highway. For a mere $11, I received, warm bread with toppings, a fresh house salad, a good sized portion of eggplant parm and a huge serving of pasta. The service was attentive. My ice water was refilled without me having to ask. The atmosphere was upscale with cloth napkins amd tablecloths and the food was absolutely delicious. We had such a nice lunch and will definitely stop here the next time we are in the area.

Have been going here for many years and yet to have a bad meal. The food is of very generous portions and absolutely delicious. The prices are very reasonable as well. I love the calamari ny style for appetizer, and the chicken francais as well as marsala for an entrée. In short I highly recommend this place.
