Well where to start, I will say when we left I gave a manager my name and # and she was going to call to discuss since they were busy, however 6 days later that doesn’t look like it’s ever going to happen. It’s obvious that management doesn’t care how the restaurant is run. Napkins & a menu were on the ground and none of the numerous employees on the patio walking right over it, cared enough to pick it up. We never saw any managers helping out or walking around checking in with tables due to the busy night. The sauteed calamari was undercooked and only rings were served, if you love calamari like myself you know the tentacles are the best part, I also had to ask for marinara sauce. The zucchini noodles that were supposed to come with roasted butternut squash were horrible. The squash was not roasted was extremely hard and presented itself like it was from a bag of frozen veggies & there was a ton of raw garlic. Our 85 yr old dad’s linguine scampi he said the shrimp was great however the pasta was gooey and didn’t touch it after one bite. Our appetizer came out two minutes before our meals were served. The pizza came out cold even though the menu says it will be brought out as soon as cooked. Our drinks were never filled and it took our waiter over a 1/2 hr to bring the check. I’m questioning how for such a large restaurant you only have 3 individual bathroom stalls? I was hoping to get a call & discuss without a bad review however no call back after 6 days = prewarn others and management lack of caring is obvious.

We had dinner Sunday night at Carmines on Military trail in Jupiter Florida and sat at the bar with Zack the bartenders, nice guy.  He was very helpful in telling us what was good in the menu. The bar sits about 18 people so it was easy to get a seats.
We both were in the pasta mood, Elizabeth had the Penna Sacillia with red roasted peppers with sliced sausage in a red sauce, I dove into the spaghetti carbonara, tossed with peas, bacon, egg yoke and creamy parmigiana, one of my favorites and they do it the best at Carmines. Zack pointed out that the half orders would be plenty for each of us, boy was he right about that!
Both dishes were great and neither of us could finish our portions. The dishes came out quick, nice and hot and perfectly cooked. Zack spent time chatting with us while at the other end of the bar his friends craved attention but it was all in good fun.
Since we were going to be traveling the next day (stay tuned), we opted to pass on the leftovers.
Next time;  We will be back and try some of the other Italian dishes and can’t wait for that.

Food is delicious. We happen to go between lunch and dinner menu. They offered great promotions. They had one of my favorite Italian deserts Al fogato! Delicious great presentation. There fettuccine Alfredo amazing. 4 of us ate a very nice late lunch early dinner. They have a full bar and indoor or outdoor seating.

My fiancé and I dined at Carmine’s Coal Fired Pizza on Valentine’s Day. The place was quite busy as all good restaurants are on that day. We did have reservations and, after a short wait, they sat us a nice table in a small dining area beside the lounge.
It was a cool location in the restaurant that we had not been previously aware of. It made the dining experience more intimate.Rocky was our waiter. He was excellent! Very nice, knowledgeable, and attentive. Honestly, we could not have had better service. The food was very good as well and came out hot and without too much wait. The kitchen did a great job of handling the Incredible demand of the day. We highly recommend Carmines and we’ll be back again.

This place was amazing! Donna, our waitress was so fun and friendly! She gave us ideas with what food was good, and activities to do around the area. The food was amazing as well! Order the linguine with clams. That was my favorite! The environment was nice. Wasn’t too loud and had plenty of space between tables. 100 percent 5 stars!

Absolutely fantastic from the food to the service! Coming from NY for pizza and this spot is fantastic! An absolute must have. Donna is a sweetheart and SO attentive! Brought up an allergy issue and they were on it, also brought over a manager. Couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely Outstanding!

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant and especially about Artan. He is truly the heart and soul of this place. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for every guest make the entire dining experience unforgettable. Artan goes above and beyond every single time it’s clear that the restaurant wouldn’t be the same without him.

The food is always incredible, but what really makes this restaurant stand out is the atmosphere Artan creates. You can feel his dedication and passion in everything he does. He’s not just great at his job he is what makes the restaurant special.

If you’re looking for an amazing meal and outstanding service, this is the place to go and Artan is the reason why.

I can not say enough good things about Carmine’s. Robyn, the manager, is so helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. I host monthly dinners for a large group and I have hosted at many restaurants throughout Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens over the last 10 years. Carmine’s Coal Fired Pizza is our absolute favorite. They can accommodate us easily, the food is consistently excellent and the service wonderful. We will continue to have our monthly dinners there for as long as they will have us 🙂

I went there with some friends. All of us loved the dishes we were served. Especially the arugula pizza and the eggplant parmesan which is definitely not one serving and can be split. Our waiter, Caleb, was extremely polite, and very knowledgeable of the menu. We had a nice evening.

Had to wait at the hostess stand to be seated, and it seemed like everyone sat themselves at the bar. I ordered a gluten free Margherita pizza and they brought me a cheese pizza that was not GF. I’ve had better fired pizzas and it was so bland. Server was decent, nothing to write home about, but it seemed like she was serving the restaurant by herself.
