It’s an interesting place… sit down, order the bruchetta from the menu and a meatlovers pizza. The bruchetta came out and looked very sad. Looked like wonderbread slices piled high with tomatoes and onion and a hunk of cheese. Zero basil. No pesto. The smallest amount of olive oil, with lettuce in the middle of the 4 wonderbread looking slices. Very much not what the description says about bruchetta. I expected the worst for the pizza after the bruchetta. Pizza is actually awesome! Piled high with toppings, crispy, and great flavor! All that was quickly turned upside when I look up at the soccer game on the screen and see a live ROACH crawling around!! that’s pretty disgusting! Wish I was making it up! Right after the cockroach, I watched the kitchen staff arguing with the guy behind the counter about non-payment? Kitchen staff kept asking for pay and guy behind the counter said after work. Once you’re done. Back to work….

For a casual dining place, the people working in here do an amazing job at providing high quality service and food. I got the lasagna and my boyfriend got a cheesesteak sub. Everything was very delicious and even if it wasn’t, the staff made the trip worth it. Will be returning again.

The gentleman at the front could do better with customer service and less on his personal phone. The guys cooking were very nice. The pizza needed a lot more sauce, it was bland.

I’ve been coming here for years . And it has gotten worse . As to being so hot in there. You can not sit in there and relax n enjoy the good food without sweating through your shirt, I feel sorry for the staff working in that place knowing pay isn’t worth the heat . The food is good n people are nice. If had air in there one time . Too bad they don’t seem like they want to send the money to keep business going . That place always was busy

First time ordering from this place. It was recommended by friends. Blandest fettuccine Alfredo I’ve ever had. Didn’t even taste good. My bf got baked ziti and it hardly had any sauce and too much ricotta cheese. Less than 8 hours later, we were both on the toilet. Stick to Romanos and Primo, y’all.

Ordered a simple xl white pizza with spinach and mushrooms earlier. Pizza seems a bit overcooked, and there isn’t nearly enough sauce on it, so it’s rather dry. It tastes slightly burnt but doesn’t look it, as if the oven needs to be cleaned. Not at all impressed with the amount of toppings included, especially considering that this mediocre pizza cost us $29 dollars by the time we paid AT the store, not for delivery. Disappointing to see a local place providing food of this poor quality and charging so much for it.
Edit: I called a little later in the day, and the representative on the phone was ready to compensate us with a replacement meal. The “In-House” Caesar salad dressing tasted like straight vinegar, tested by 3 people.
