Took my wife here for our anniversary and the service was top notch. They gave us complimentary wine and dessert which we truly appreciated. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a great and special experience. One of the best restaurants in Old Town Manassas!

My husband took me to Carmello’s of Old Town Manassas for our wedding anniversary for the first time. This place was delicious… we got a pitcher of sangria not my favorite but it was okay. The 2 appetizers we got were out of this world good… we got Vieiras Saltead con Cogumelos and Picadas de Bife. For our entrees we got the Paelha Valenciana no Forno which was okay very fishy taste and rice was still watery but the Costelao de Vaca was amazingly delicious. The crème brûlée was delicious but was talking to another guest whom said that their tiramisu is a lot better that’s what I will be trying next time. Our serve Steven was amazing he was very attentive and recommend our appetizers and Costelao de Vaca there was definitely no complaints about those items. Definitely will be going back and taking friend with us.

Carmello’s is one of the best restaurants in Northern Virginia (in fact they win an award for it this year). Their food is outstanding and well prepared fresh to order. The atmosphere is elegant but still comfortable. The staff are the best and most attentive. My wife and I have gone here several times, we recently came for our anniversary and it was one of the best times we have had when eating out.

A true gem and location is great. It is situated in center city where beautiful neighborhoods surround this area. The restaurant is very cozy and offers a very warm atmosphere. The staff is welcoming, professional, and engaging. The food is absolutely amazing. Each dish is prepared fresh and you can tell from the crowds they are enjoying their meals. We held a bridal shower on June 12,2022. Carmello’s was perfect. Every detail was taken care of exactly as we asked. Our servers, Stephan and Victor were so helpful and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Food was delicious. I never have left a review before but I felt so happy with my experience with Carmello’s I wanted to share my appreciation.

Service was great. Nice atmosphere, but a little loud. VERY EXPENSIVE. Ordered the prime rib which although tasty, out wasn’t cooked very well. The outside was flat out burnt and I ordered medium rare but it had a lot of very rare meat in it. For the most expensive item on the menu, it should’ve been cooked properly. The sides were average. The other food at the table looked great so I’d maybe give it another shot.

Last night my husband and I went to Carmellos to celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary. We had a 6:00 setting time. We were greeted with a glass of sparkling Portuguese wine, delicious and a great way to start the I ordered the lamb, broccalini and potatoes augrautin. IT WAS EXCEPTIONAL! the lamb was perfectly done. My husband ordered the shrimp and scallop dish with linguine. That was fantastic as well For dessert I had the creme brulee and my husband had the strawberry cake.
