Carmelita’s is hands-down one of the best Mexican food carts around. The food is outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can taste the quality in every bite. On top of that, their customer service is amazing. They’re friendly, fast, and genuinely make you feel welcome every time you stop by. This is my favorite food truck in central Oregon. The heartbreaking part is they used to be 5 min from my house and now it’s 35 minutes away but it is worth the drive every time. Quality food, delicious and flavorful, amazing presentation. Everything they make is good. The customer service is warm and welcoming. It’s a family run business as well.

Amazing made from scratch food, the drunken nachos were sublime. Best beer cheese I have had, great flavor overall and the chips stayed crispy. My wife ordered a burrito and love the rice and beans in it.

I’m from Texas and did not expect to find such good Mexican food up here in OR! Carmelita’s was a great success for dinner for me and my son. The carnitas summer bowl was fantastic! Try all the salsas! Loved it!
