Delicious from the first bite to the last. Everything was cooked to perfection – that ideal coal-fired crisp with just the right chew – topped with fresh, high-quality ingredients and incredible flavor across the board.
We ordered slices of Grandma’s Famous Pie, Chicken Vodka, Vodka Piccante, and Regular Cheese, and every one delivered. The Chicken Vodka was rich and creamy without being heavy, the Vodka Piccante had the perfect kick, the Grandma slice was classic and craveable, and the regular cheese was simple, melty, and flawless.
The atmosphere was lively and banging – busy, but the team stayed efficient, friendly, and on it the whole time. Can’t wait to come back.

I wanted to give a shout out to Carluccio’s for a delicious meal! We ordered the coal fired grandma’s pizza with meatballs. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Dessert was chocolate mousse layered with cream. Luscious! Another dessert, we had a powdered doughnut with even more chocolate inside. To die for
The famous pizza is coal fired, crisp and hot. Carluccio’s is a lively place with a decent amount of indoor seating for such a small place on the corner of Tilton Road in Northfield. You don’t just have to order pizza, there are plenty of specialty dishes. Just a note, they get very busy at dinner time especially on the weekends. I would go early because parking can be difficult. If I were you, I would take the trip to go to Carluccios. It’s definitely worth it. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of us.

Carluccio’s doing it right! Always consistent with their pizzas and pastas. Stopping by here is always the highlight of my trip whenever I’m in NJ. The service is always amazing and welcoming! Everyone is nice and takes care of you! We always get the Grandma’s pie! Highly recommend to anyone!

The food is OK. The pizza is pretty small. I would definitely recommend the wings and the mozzarella But the service was so terrible whoever the young lady at the counter was was incredibly rude and kept giving us dirty. Looks the place does get pretty busy so I would also recommend doing pick up instead of sitting in overall loved this place, but that server at that counter was horrible.

A meatball parm sandwich on a semolina roll (freshest bread…) which I just couldn’t stop eating. Delicious!!

Delicious pizza! Tried it out today, September 21,2025. We first saw Lucy the Elephant and on the way out checked this location out, never been. My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this unique tasting pizza. From plain, honey bbq chicken, regular buffalo chicken, etc, they didn’t disappoint! Saw the pic of Guy Fieri on the wall when we walked in. Usually a good sign, certainly was here. I would definitely come back if ever in the area again, no question. Service was great and the only bad thing I can say is that the pizza filled us up so none of had room for those scrumptious looking deserts begging us to try them. Next time I’ll leave room for them. Solid experience, not your average local pizza shop.
