They got the order wrong. Waffle fries vs onion rings. They handed me warm drink that appeared to have been sitting there for hours. I complained then she must have thrown half out and added ice because the soda was flat and still warm at the bottom. Not to mention she had attitude. I will not visit again

I will always recommend Carl’s Jr, I’ve had it in many locations including México, specifically in Querétaro. Whether it’s in any place in California or somewhere else I think they’re doing something across all their stores to have quality staff and food, I recommend all their different types of food.

Boy, I cannot believe how Nuevo Laredo has a Carl’s Jr., and we in Laredo, Texas do not have one any more (well, at least not within the city limits of course Jajaja). Anyhow, this Carl’s Jr. Is just as great or even better than the one that used to be in north Laredo. The restarunt is super clean, the employees are very nice, the food is equally delicious as in the states and they still serve the chili cheese fries, and the attention to detail to the service, as there are waiters in this shop, is just amazing. I really love (amo este Carl’s Jr.) and I will certainly continue going and promoting it. Hope more people can go as it is the best!!! #LetsGuide

Tastes like home which is always good in Nuevo Laredo. The staff looks at you as if you are a Martian so ignore them. Not cheap. Definitely yummy.
