I’ve always had good experiences at this Carl’s Jr. location, which is why this visit was so disappointing.
I placed a mobile order through the Carl’s Jr. app and arrived to an empty drive-thru. I was told I had to come inside because they were “busy.” Once inside, the employee at the counter said she couldn’t find my order in the system. I showed her the order confirmation in the app and the charge on my card, but she refused to even look at my phone. She repeatedly said, “It’s not here,” without attempting to check further.
After explaining that I had placed the order 45 minutes earlier, another employee came over, looked at the pickup shelf, and found my order sitting there the entire time.
Mistakes happen. I understand that. But refusing to look at a customer’s confirmation and not making any effort to help is unacceptable. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Food was cold. Fries(unsalted) tasted and felt like they were cooked and hour or longer before I got them.
Both large fries were not even 1/2 full (pic attached)
Chicken sandwiches were room temperature at best…
My recommendation? Avoid this location until they provide better food quality and the quantity that you order. If you order a large, open the bag before you leave.
Sad that management/franchise ownership allows such poor quality.

mmmm i luv that breakfast burger fr. anyways this morning i was the only car in the drive thru and i pulled up and was asked to wait a min before ordering which i totally get, i don’t mind. and almost a minute passed and another car pulls up to the other ordering machine and they immediately take their order 🙁 and so that’s just sucks but then after i ordered i pulled up to the window the worker filled my drink all the way up and it overfilled onto the lid and when they were passing it to me it spilled all the way down my sleeve passing my elbow with sticky soda. service is crappy but i love the food!!!

I usually use drive-thru so no comments about dining in. Drive-thru is quick and reliable. I ask for no onions on my burger and there’s never a mistake! Smiling staff and good food.

The food was good, but the customer service was not. Clearly, the girl who served me was having a bad day. She was extremely rude when speaking to me. Not only that, but when I tried to grab my receipt, she took it, crumpled it up, and threw it away. Everyone has their days, but that doesn’t give anyone the right to take it out on other people.

I ordered online and went to pick up. The lady at the drive-thru was rude and never said hi, sorry and bye but i understand you had to hire people who were not supposed to be hired especially in this season. They didn’t have my order and gave me a wrong one at first. I said i got a wrong order and they asked me what i ordered and i showed my confirmation email with a list of orders, burger with lowcarb, Monster Biscuit and onion rings with bbq sauces. But she didn’t read it well and gave me a wrong one in the second time and i said it’s wrong again. And i verbally reminded her what i ordered and she said no worries, it will be coming out. And at the Third time, i didn’t check it up and just left because i thought they at least have a modicum of common sense. And when i came back home, i got a burger, onion rings and a raw onion in a box instead of a Monster Biscuit. RAW ONION in a box. Besides, All the foods; bacon, patties, cheese and even the onion rings were not warmed up and cold like they just came out from its storage. (As you see the photo, the cheese wasn’t melt, fat on the patty wasn’t melt and looks horrible.) I think they were upset to me and tried to piss me off. And congratulations! You guys made it. These foods are not eatable at all and i threw them all into the trash can.

We went through the drive-through and the girl working was extremely rude. She completely messed up our order when my husband said sorry for the confusion. She slammed the window in his face and we were missing two burgers and an onion fry that we paid for she had an Earpod in one ear, so I don’t know if she heard us correctly or what but we were extremely nice and got a window slam in our face and missing food.
