Fast service thanks to Luke for bringing me my fresh fries and Teresa for giving me some good whip on my milkshake I seen she ran out and only had a bit but the end is always liquid so she opened a new one and gave me the best whip for my milkshake they did forget my cherry ontop but I’m guessing it was because manger was giving her face when I was the only costumer there

I have ate at several Carls Jr’s and they have always been good. Stopped here on the way back to Yakima from Kennewick and ordered two double Western bacon cheese meals. The burgers were disgusting. The buns were dried out and the bbq sauce had a horrible taste. Even the fries didn’t taste good.

Horrible customer service, never really eat there but I have a client who I recently started caring for that loves the burgers. There was no line so I started to order, mind you I don’t eat here but I somewhat remembered the order, I asked to add some bacon remove special sauce and the guy at the register responded “so you don’t want the famous star” (i did, just needed bacon & no special sauce) I noticed the employee who attended me the last time & as we made eye contact I asked “hey maybe you can help I think you helped me la..” didn’t even get to finish she cut me off & responded very rudely that she couldn’t remember me or my order. With high functioning anxiety I continued my order with the guy at the register feeling super embarrassed. As if that wasn’t enough I was getting my soda and since it happens to be right by the drive through I heard the employee (C) who was upset before even asked for her help tell the employee attending me “you don’t have to apologize for anything” as I looked over she smirked my fiancée was with me and upset so he mentioned to the guy attending us that she shouldn’t apologize just maybe not take her anger out on the customers. She responded with “I don’t understand” because he was speaking in Spanish to a whole different person. After her inserting herself I saw she had clear intentions of escalating the situation so I thanked them and walked out. Will definitely be going elsewhere.

I hate to do this. I take my son here frequently. He is autistic and star nuggets are a safe food. We most often see Katie in the drive thru. She is an absolute doll. My son and I love her. She deserves a raise. Today, I went through the drive thru and a younger woman was working. Dark hair. Crappy attitude We were made to pull forward to wait for my son’s nuggets. This is totally understandable. They forgot us there for 15 minutes. When I went back through the drive thru, the young lady was rude. My food was ice cold. Whoever worked the drive thru shift 4/27 at approximately 1:45 was awful. The whole experience was gross.

The night crew they have is absolute dog water. A large group of cars including myself were told to wait off to the side, and the food will be right out (no estimated wait time). Roughly 30 minutes later we were handed the food without a word, and it wasn’t even cooked good. I’ve never had a burger so floppy, it made me feel sick. What a waste of money and time, the morning crew rocks though at least. Anyways, I had to get back to work which is the whole reason I got ‘fast’ food. So uh don’t go here in the afternoon unless you’re able to wait.

I could not get the person’s attention at the drive-thru to tell them very light sauce on my hamburger. By the time I did she had the hamburger in a bag waiting for me. When I asked if she had told them light sauce she said yes. The other girl told them and I said but that was after they made the hamburger, she goes. Oh yeah. And handed me the burger. It was so wet. It was literally unedible. I ended up throwing it away. A pure waste of money, total lack of communication with the customer.
