Picked up a loaded breakfast burrito and a spicy chicken sandwich yesterday.
The spicy chicken sandwich was obviously just made. The chicken was crispy and hot. Aside from the chicken the sandwich had shredded lettuce and mayo. The lettuce was decently crispy and the mayonnaise was light which I prefer.
Aside from maybe needing a slice of tomato I give this sandwich a 4.5.
The loaded breakfast burrito, which we often get, was good. Better…and pricier than most fast food options I have tried. The only thing holding this burrito back from a higher rating is the flour shell. It is fairly gummy and bland which detracts from the tasty ingredients inside. This burrito would greatly benefit from a few seconds each side and on the grill to give it a better texture.
The shell and to a lesser extent the price, keeps this burrito at 4.0 rating.
Drive through service was excellent. Staff was friendly and quick. Probably a manager because his name tag was gold.
Overall review is 4.4. I rounded down.

I ORDERED A PLAIN HAMBURGER FROM HERE AND WHEN I GOT HOME THE WHOLE HAMBURGER WAS SOAKED IN WHAT APPEARED TO BE SOME KIND OF HOT SAUCE. WAS NOT MAKING THE DRIVE BACK SO I THREW IT AWAY. Not sure why you guys thought it was a good idea to dump hot sauce on a plain burger but I think someone should be fired over that.

already having a horrible day but the soda tasted worse than if they served me hose water , the burger was cold and had a hair in it, and the cookie tasted expired. i’m really sad carl. but the employees are nice.

Food used to be really good, not anymore. I just spent ~$60 to feed the family. Tastes like they cooked the chicken tenders and onion rings in really old oil. The chicken in my chicken sandwich was small compared to the bun. The onion rings and chicken tenders were dry and over cooked. The picture for the burger showed lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and onions, not what we got (see pictures).

Great customer service. One of the employees helped us with our car after it broke down and he also did his job at the same time. The food was more expensive than it should have been in my opinion but it was still good. We didn’t have to wait long at all.

Im an East Coaster…seen and heard of this so tried it for novelty sake. Sloppy, cold, not so fresh fries. Ordered online, website doesnt allow to add things that dont normally come on the burger. SUX ALL AROUND. Mcdonalds would be better and I DONT eat that either.
