Look, I didn’t even know this place was here and I drive by it every day. So, one night I was like, hey there’s a Carl’s Junior and I hear they have a great Jalapeno Burger, so I stopped by. It was late, but that didn’t seem to bother the staff at all. They were engaging, kind, and even talked with me a bit while I waited on the burger. Now as burgers go it didn’t set the world on fire, but it was also very filling and tasty for a fast-food burger. I’d say it did the trick, but what I was really impressed by was the staff and the service. I’d go back just to have a good chat and a good burger!

I give it two stars because the food is okay, and the workers are nice. But this place is absolutely filthy. Looks like the play area is NEVER cleaned and it needs to be fixed up a little. The regular dining area is also very dirty and uninviting. If you eat here, order it to go.

While I appreciate the lengths the ladies went to keep the cheese off my burger I wish they would have told me that they were out of waffle fries before deciding FOR ME to stick me with the regular cuz I absolutely would not have paid $15 for a combo because I also hate the drinks generally they’re flat and they leave a weird aftertaste I really don’t care for the regular fries I think they’re greasy and taste like dirt sometimes. I’m really bummed and disappointed that I spent so much money on a combo that I won’t end up eating but throwing away. At the end of the day I only really wanted the burger but waffle fries sounded good so I thought I would pay that extra amount of money but lo and behold no waffle fries and it was an absolute waste for me to buy this. I really don’t appreciate the lack of transparency “which seems to be common thing according to the reviews on here”. If I didn’t have work to immediately run back to. I would have addressed this.
October 8 – ordered chicken tenders……… Got a cut up chicken patty. That by the time I got to it, was cold “expecting chicken tenders I was okay with cold but this on the other hand ” . Again wish they had disclosed that they were out of chicken tenders and we’re just going to give me a cut of chicken patty — I would have saved my money and not purchased it…. So no dinner for me I guess.

It took just under 30 minutes to get through the drive through. After driving by there several times it appeared that there were cars waiting for a long time without moving. It appears that my experience wasn’t a joke incident.
Very expensive and very small portions.
Also very rude person at the window.

DO NOT EAT HERE. This place is DISGUSTING. We went here to take the kids to lunch and to play at the play place and this is what we saw upon arrival. The floors were trashed, garbage all over the place. Nobody has swept or mopped this place in probably weeks. All of the tables were dirty and had old food on them. We had to ask someone to clean them before we could even set out stuff down. After 5 minutes of the kids playing I noticed how dirty the actual inside of the toys were. This place needs to be shut down.

I don’t usually leave reviews but , sometimes it’s needed. Got 2 double western burgers meals and the burgers were soggy, the fries were undercooked and the drinks were flat and flavorless. Got a chicken star meal as well a the same thing on that entire meal. The whole meal was like 40 something dollars and it was very disappointing. Carls Jr has lost my business. I’ve only been here less than a handful of time in th past year put everytime I’ve gone it’s been a bad experience

First stepped in to restaurant and smelled the dirty mop water smell (if you worked in a restaurant you know) floor was dirty and sticky. I ordered a famous star on fresh baked bun and got a sesame seeds bun when I let them know one woman argued with me that everything on my sandwich was fresh and that the bun was fresh baked bun. Its not I’ve worked at Carls Jr before. I gave up and walked away and then she came up front working on something behind counter and started gagging and coughing and acting like she was gonna throw up and other employees just laughed at the situation. I told her that was disgusting and they acted like no big deal as we walked out without our food. Carlos Jr needs to clean house here because this behavior will get you shut down.

Worst carls Jr i have been to for a while the food was made sloppy. One of the pop machines did not work.the machine that did work was not working properly the bathroom had water leaking in thru a light fixture and the drive thru ice was broke they were filling a bucket with Ice to fill the drive thru drinks the employee had little to no care of the filth on tables and just dirt everywhere I will not be going back to this establishment.
