Thanks to the manager guy. I don’t know his name, but on August 12th BK completely ruined my birthday lunch with my daughters. We drove to the Carl’s junior and I explained to the manager exactly what had happened and he made our experience. Great, this place has been nothing but awesome, and my experience there was A plus the kids toys were clean and the bathrooms were as well. The restaurant smell’d as if they had cap keep up on the cleanliness. His attention to detail made our experience one of the best experiences. We’ve had at a fast food restaurant wish. I knew his name so I could praise him a little bit more. But thank you so much for that.

Gentlemen who took my order was friendly I’ll give him that I got off bout 4:00 pm today however when we pulled up and took our order it took the about 2-3 minutes to get our order taken. Then we pull up to the window and handed him my card, I ask him to put a six piece on there. From the Tim it took him to take my card and him to give it back were an exhausting 5 minutes. Nuggets weee hot and fresh. But the shake was runny and tasted more like milk than a shake. Good service however way overpriced and not good food I will not go back unless I’m really hungry.

Fire the woman with the pink hair. The way we, as customers, saw her talk to an employee is unacceptable. I was wondering why the cashier was so nervous and on edge. I’d be that way too if that was my boss. I train cashiers for a living. That is NOT how you encourage loyalty and a healthy work environment. Watching her shake her head and roll her eyes in annoyance at the poor employee about wiping down chairs was gross. Every mistake in our messied ordering she made she was absolutely over the top apologetic. If you don’t respect your employees, my place is hiring and I’ll take care of them.

For years this location has been the worst in the area. The franchise owner just doesn’t care about the business or employees. We come by every 6 months or so hoping that things have improved. The people working here are doing the best they can. I’m not even sure if they have enough staff to take their breaks.

This location was clean, has a great play place for kids, and had quick service. The food met our expectations and staff were very friendly. We visited on a Sunday morning and experienced very light traffic within the restaurant.

My 1st time trying Carl’s. I was very, very surprised at how amazing it was. I drive by here daily not really noticing the place and randomly got an Angus Burger. It was pretty heaven. Snuck a bite of my friend’s Santa Fe Chicken sandwich…dang. I have to go back for one of those.
