45 minutes and still the doordash order isn’t ready. Only two orders on the que. Slowest staff ever. How hard is it to bag the order. Fries been sitting there and burgers whole time. Took her 45 minutes to make two milkshakes and take a drive through order. Lol surprised this place is even in business. Nobody in the dining room

This is a great Carls Jr! I took my GF there a few weeks ago to try it for the first time, and the girl at the drive through was so nice, she helped us set up the app and get our rewards! She has a great attitude every time we go there, and is a pleasure to order from! Ever since then, we have gotten so much good prices and great food!! This Carls Jr is AMAZING. Thank you to all the wonderful staff and the delicious meals!! You guys Rock!!! Keep up the good work!

I used to go here all the time. Its gotten worse and worse over the years. So we stopped going there. Today I needed a quick lunch so I figured I would give it another shot. I was the 2nd car in the drive thru. I sat there for over 20 minutes after placing my order. The truck behind me. Ended up going inside to place his order. He was out of there 10 minutes before me. They told me to pull forward. Because the fries were still cooking. The two cars behind me got their food and they were on their way. By the time I got my food, it was literally lukewarm. Wasn’t fresh whatsoever. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this Carl’s Jr. Maybe other ones are better, but not this one.

After coming back and being made to feel like my mistaken order was my fault and I should have a receipt after the manager had recorded my name. I waited outside of the restaurant for approximately 26 minutes before walking inside. Every single individual that came into the drive-through and walked in was helped before myself. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience and that the original mistake of order was something that I should be handling and my fault.
I cannot say how this customer service from the woman with pink hair, who seem to be super supervising to some capacity was absolutely atrocious and was completely disheartening. I would travel to one of the other several Carl’s juniors and never support this franchise here in Spokane Valley.

Drove 8 miles to go to Carl’s Jr after getting home realize that the didn’t get the order correct tryed to call with no answer so I drove back to return my order. For almost $40 for two meals you would think they could get it right. I was the only one in the drive through and the lobby was empty. Haven’t been to Carl’s Jr for a long time and I will not go back. They ruined my dinner .

Waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes, only 1 worker in kitchen and 1 in front taking orders with 6 cars in drive thru and a bunch of people ordering inside.
Carls Jr needs to do better in staffing their building. Shame on them and the management.

Sometimes the burgers aren’t very warm and wayyyy too much sauce at times as well. Sometimes the food is on par and fantastic! Bathrooms aren’t super clean mostly. Rewards app is one of the best around.

I’ve dined in and and went through the drive through and both times were quick and good. I’ve had things like cheeseburgers, waffle fries, chicken nuggets, and sausage and cheese biscuits. Everything was good for a fast food restaurant. It had flavor and was hot. The veggies used were crisp and fresh. Our order was correct also. I’d go back again, great prices and deals too. The place was also clean.

Not sure his name but very nice, blue eyes, beard & tied back hair, insanely busy & understaffed but order was correct and great! And the staff was very apologetic and quick to correct errors but I had a perfect visit through the drive through!!
Would love to see management or corporate to care for employees a tad bit more than they currently seemingly do..especially in “these times”
