This place is really nice, well lit, The staff is really friendly and the food comes out looking 10/10 I’ve never had a problem with this restaurant being anything other than great, I highly recommend the famous star with cheese or the guac burger, both are amazing

Hi, Owner, well done for responding to reviews. The taste of the burgers here is exquisite.
However, it takes approximately 5 minutes to talk to your staff about attitude. The slightly older lady that handles drive thru or talking at the reception to customers most times is so rude and so angry I wonder what she’s doing at a customer-facing position. Has no patience with explaining stuff to people and always acts like people coming in to buy food pisses her off. Excellent way to ruin a business.

Great staff at this location and treats doordashers awesome unlike the division one. I refuse to deliver for that location out of respect for myself not to be treated like trash. Only complaint at this location is when you hand me overfilled dripping drinks. Or covered on outside with soda. I don’t even put them in my car. My car is nice and you should respect us enough to not give us overflowing drinks. I just leave them on your sidewalk by your door for the homeless define when you don’t respect us enough to give us a drink that isn’t going to spill all over our car. Other than that this is my favorite location to deliver for super awesome staff

For being open on Christmas, I give them stars, but I was door dashing and there was a nice old couple in line who ended up leaving becuz the staff basically just ignored their presence! I walk in and ask for my door dash and they weren’t any where near ready with it, I get that they were busy, but to ignore those people that were there in line before me, on Christmas day, wowwww….bad customer service! Just becuz they didn’t come thru your drive thru like most the other people there or aren’t ordering from an app,u shouldnt forget that they are ur customers too! Or were, I should say! I would have left too if I was them!

Went inside 9/3 8:30pm, had ordered off the app and waited for it to be prepared. Jack in the Box was busy in the drive through and only had 2 other people inside waiting as well. The restaurant ended up upgrading our fries and drink to medium instead of small and gave us pumpkin churros which were amazing! Wait was a little long but we were very well taken care of! Clean atmosphere also! All good was fresh!

Order waa totally wrong. $37.00 and the California burger was supposed to be on sale for $5.99 I didn’t recieve that either. Asked for a strawberry milkshake and got chocolate. The el Diablo hamburger was not correct either.

The burger was great, but the bun on my chicken sandwich was rock hard. I took it back for a new bun, but received one the same quality. Other than that, my husband enjoyed his $5 meal with burger and spicy chicken sandwich.

I was having a rough few days. Came here the other day and ordered a Double Big Carl. It was the best burger I had in a while. It definitely hit the spot from the first bite. If it takes long to make your food then that means they are taking their time cooking your food correctly. They have to drive miles early to work and make food for other people. Don’t you know how difficult that can be?
