I ordered from door dash and they didn’t have coffee they didn’t have regular milk and the chocolate milk is way past sale date not to mention it was warm. I’m not sure what’s going on but I think management needs to do better and get on top of things. I can’t give my kid expired warm chocolate milk…

I waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes for a breakfast burrito that was supposed to be large and turned out to be smaller than a Taco Bell soft burrito. It had maybe 3 to 4 pieces of meat and a half an egg in it and I paid eight bucks for it. And the gal at the window seemed like she didn’t want to work there. Super not happy!

Im a regular here, that brings our kids to eat and play. We really enjoy the staff here. We were just discussing of the 3 we go to, cda, state line and liberty lake. Thi one is our favorite because of the staff here. The others are great too, but the staff here and they are not new faces generally is really a plus. Theres a 4th store by safeway near the VA hospital, that can’t be forgotten either! None of the 4 locations does our family have issues with. They are always very pleasant. Freddy’s and 5 guys are our other 2 burger places we love, but thats the variety that each offers when we desire them too. Our kids are younger so the play place becomes their choice, not to mention “star chickens ” as they draw them or try to simulate a telescope.

Our food was cold, I asked for my burger to be remade because it was literally cold and the cheese did not melt and they handed me a new burger with in seconds that was also cold and gross. Fries were cold. Service was horrible they all looked like they hated being there and one lady was wearing her huge winter coat while bagging items.. gross won’t ever go there again! Don’t waste your money

Was going to eat here until i seen all the bad reviews. No thanks. Looks like management is unable to correct this store from the look of things on here? Im so tired of Mc Donalds but id rather repeat it if chances are high i’ll get a cold burger or bad service here as well. Fix your store soon

The staff here are always friendly, even when it’s busy and you see them rushing around between the drive through and the cashier counter. The food is consistently great quality, and no soggy or stale fries!

We love carls Jr. hamburgers. The only thing we don’t love about Carls Jr. is how expensive it’s gotten. My son’s small fry and small soda cost $6.28 before tax and my combo meal was nearly $16 before tax, out the door cost $24.98 wow. Unfortunately we can only afford to eat here once a month but we like the place other than the cost.

Very dirty! The floor is nasty, the counter was wiped with a dirty rag (gross film and streaks), the top of the food warmer or whatever the lady had her right on when she was facing the kitchen, was covered in dust, and the was a disgusting, half black with filth, broom handle holding up a shelf. You could see the back door was covered in filth too. Absolutely atrocious. There was a kids playroom too, I can’t even imagine the germ factory that must be.
Then the lady just set our food on the counter and said nothing.
I shouldn’t have ordered here. Go anywhere else.
