The manager here sucks. I went today and tried to order a loaded burrito without the meat (because of certain religion) they said I couldn’t but i ordered the bacon eggs and cheese one with no bacon and salsa on the side and all I got was a plain burrito and no salsa…. I also ordered ONE coffee got to the window paid and she wanted to hand me two coffees I explained I only ordered one she put the coffee to the side and walked away, she didn’t offer a refund she didn’t tell me she had already charged me or anything, so I checked my receipt to make sure I did pay for it since she had already charged me I asked her if I could just take it but everytime I go here all the employees treat everyone including myself with great customer service it’s always her that’s always rude and has really bad customer service and for a manager that doesn’t look too good especially a general manager what kind of example is she setting for her employees? I’ve also heard from employees that worked there before that she’s dropped a whole bag of fries on the floor and just picked back up and used. last time ever going there.

Mainly come to the drive through but it’s always felt off. Sometimes the lights around the restaurant are not turned on during the night time hours. It usually looks like the store is closed. Also, the prices on the outside menu are not up to date. The burger combos advertised appear to be about 5 dollars below their listed price. At this time, a single famous star combo is advertised for $7.24. When asking the drive through employee, price was about $12.50. Same for the single big carl combo. Advertised combo for $6.99, about $12 when asking the employee. Be wary of the prices if strapped for cash. Go into the store for most accurate prices as drive through menu is not up to date.

We just left CARL’S JR.S and wanted to say if you haven’t been to CARL’S JR. and tried their “CALI XL ” cheese burger you should its delicious! And for the size & for only $5.99 you cant get a better tasting burger anywhere in Yakima for the price!

I always come here the employees are always super nice and friendly. I usually always go around 9-10pm and I saw a review saying it always looks close and that the menu was not updated with the new prices but as someone who always comes to this restaurant that’s a lie. As someone who knows how to read a menu you need to look closely because the price it has is for only the sandwich and under that big price it says combo and it shows the price for a combo. The menu is extremely correct. And the lights are always on I never have no issues when going late at night. The sign at the window always says open. People need to stop and think before reviewing false information. All of the employees also will help if you need help with the menu so don’t be afraid to ask.

Great burger way too much mustard. Love the product usually. The staff gets the order right about half the time. Inside seating is usually dirty.
