Waited in the drive through for more than 15 min. Once we finally pulled up, when I tried to pay their machine wouldn’t work, kept reading error even with different cards. Eventually all three employees were at a loss and the angrily gave me my food for free without us expecting anything without being able to pay. We appreciated still getting our food, although it was far below what we expect from Carl’s Jr food.

I went to the drive-thru, the girl didn’t seem to understand what I wanted. When she finally did get my order she sounded exasperated at me. I received my order, I live less than 5 minutes and by the time I got home the only thing that was still warm was the gravy for the biscuits and gravy. Everything else I ordered that should have been hot was cold, hard and very crunchy.

Stopped for a drink and changed it to a great chocolate milkshake and a snack of dip fried zucchini chips on my three hour drive thanks to a slow border crossing. The processed terrible tasted zucchini chips was hot but greasy and the batter was less than over seasoned cornmeal. Fast and efficient service.

I usually use the drive thru. Lately they always say I must pull around and park in front defeating the purpose of drive thru! I could understand if there was a line behind me. I have said I will park in front if someone pulls up behind me. Then the man in the back starts freaking out chewing the gal at the window out. I’ve worked as a production consultant in my past. This is a waste of effort on my part and the gal at the window who must now leave her station to run food out to parking lot. When I asked why I was told this is a corporate thing. I don’t think so!

As an overnight worker, the quality of service at most 24-hour establishments is usually subpar. This is definitely not the case here. Jordan and the rest of the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. I have a really specific Keto diet and they happily accommodated me. I will definitely be back. Thanks Jordan!

Went through drive through, only car in drive thru, asked for two sandwiches and two fries.They asked us to pull around front and park. What felt like 15 minutes, probably only 10 minutes later, a girl cane out of the front door with our food.
