I tried going inside the lobby both times I’ve been to Carl’s Jr at night. Both times they were closed inside despite Google stating the restaurant, lobby, and drive thru is all open 24 hours a day. There are no restaurant hours displayed anywhere on the building adding to the confusion. When I got my food I asked them what there lobby hours were and they said they closed the lobby at 940. We literally showed up at 910. So we then took our food home because we had no other choice and the chicken sandwich had nothing on it but meat. Also the zucchini was soggy like it was old and they refried it because it was setting for hours. Not happy With the food or the experience.

Lovely place for traditional fast food. I signed up for the app to get a free hamburger but I didnt understand the process. The staff helped me out and I got a free hamburger. I feel so guilty eating a hamburger due to all the calories.

I want everyone to know how great of service you get here at late night. When I have to work extra late, I sometimes go through there drive thru around midnight. The guys working there are so friendly and nice. They always have a great attitude. And the food is the best!! The sandwiches look like what you see on the menu board, And taste even better! You can tell they even wrapped them gently with care not to crush your sandwich. I hope management knows what a great job there doing.

Went to get dinner after work. It’s been years since I had carls junior since I last work there as a Gm. I asked for Al carte I wanted fresh cooked patties. When checking my food notice meat patties where old and I went and I told the shiftlead there hey I don’t like returning food but my meat is old and discolored I would like to get fresh patties. She argue with me that they are fresh. I told he to please just remake it. Customer is always right. She ripped the bag out of my hand and made a face of being annoyed. She was well now you have to wait 15 minutes for your food and I said I was fine waiting. Notice that the charbroiled isn’t working. Could be the reason why the meat doesn’t look right. She needs to be more friendly. Her customer service needs more coaching. Kinda disappointed on the service.

This is our go to spot on the way back home. Good food. Decent atmosphere and next to the grocery store and other shops. Food is always hot but a bit pricey for fast food. Nothing new though.

Went to get take out , it’s cold and wet on my period in sweats. Went through the drive through. Orders 2 meals and another burger. 42$ asked for bbq sauce and ranch, got to the car it’s not there. Already annoyed because I asked for it and now I have to walk in the rain. I go up to the counter. Ask for the sauce. The man who took my order pulled out two ranch and 2 bbq . Some other woman interjected and took one of each. I said. Um can I have 2 of each and she asked him what I ordered. I told her I ordered 3 burgers and she started trying to argue with me. I snatched the sauce and called her a rude name. I know i lost it a little but I don’t go around Friday afternoons in the rain trying to steal fast food sauces!!!! Absolutely unacceptable. Won’t go back. I hope she pisses off the wrong person and losers her job. Cause I’m guessing she will be out stealing sauces from fast food places. Rude!!!

I love eating here when I am in town the only complaint that I have is that they ask for tips at the window. There isn’t many fast food chain that we’ve been to that ask for tip’s I’ve only seen donations for a foundation. Sometimes I wonder does the company really know this because there jars looks like they brought something from their home. Don’t they receive a paycheck.

I asked for no sauce on two burgers and they ended up taking away the lettuce and all the other fixings we were suppsed to have as well which is definitely not what i asked for and then when I tried to call to let them know body answers and even mailbox is full so I couldn’t even leave a message.
