I’ve read the other reviews, the lack of care reflects in my experience as well. Me clicking a link and giving feedback ain’t gonna change that.
The fast delivery of the food was great, but they didn’t ask me if I wanted it for here or to go, I noticed no trays in the trash area so I assume they don’t ask anyone this, I had to clean my own table using the hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall and napkins.
I’ve seen the reviews going back months on here and it’s kinda disappointing that they’ve not really taken a hint because I see they read the reviews. My feedback would be to write out role expectations for staff and put it up somewhere in the back on the wall. That way they can see the writing on the wall lol.

The worst store we have been to. The girls working there at night keep talking to each other and chilling. I went there to order they said to come after 15-20 mins because they are closed for cleaning ( the store says open for 24 hours) . When i went after 20 mins they said to wait another 30 mins. Even the people who came after me they told them another 30 minute. I wouldn’t have given a 1 star , they deserve minus ratings. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Wow! Really? No shakes, no chicken, no fountain drinks so I ordered what they had and this is what I got? Absolutely horrible, I agree with the other reviews here, pretty sure the kids have been smoking the wacky tobacky. Yikes. FYI this is exactly what my burger looked like when I unwrapped it.

They say open 24 hours but they close to service from 9pm to and I quote between “10:30-11:00pm to do closing”. Yet they still are making food and leaving it sitting. What are all the cold toasted buns for, or the fried food just sitting in baskets? So whomever gets service between “10:30-11:00pm” you are getting hours old cold food. As a business man and efficiency consultant this is neither efficient nor good business. Five staff were just walking around telling people no food until “10:30-11:00pm to do closing”. I had backtracked 15 minutes to go to the place that was open. I would not recommend stopping here if you want service or fresh food. Where is Carl Sr. because Jr. Dropped the ball sir. We had an order for a baseball team you missed the paycheck Jr.

The burger patty and bacon were cold, and the buns were dry and not toasted, which made the burger fall apart easily. Additionally, the staff may benefit from further training, I was asked to pull forward and wait near the trash cans, which made the experience unappealing. I hope this establishment reads this and improves.

This place is pretty consistent quality wise and typically have a good staff. Cleanliness is also pretty good for clean tables and floors etc.. occasionally these may change slightly and they do tend to run out of dressing for their salads on a regular basis.
Overall I like coming here and know I will be back.

We stopped in here on Friday, right at noon, so it was busy. We stood in line to order our food and the got to us quickly! But when I ordered the burger that I wanted, I was told that they were out of “large” patties, and I would have to choose a small burger… Which i did, along with a drink. When I was getting my drink, I saw the sign that they were out of ice and that i would have to go out to the store area to get some!!! I will never eat there again!!! I really expected better, because the Carl’s Jr. in Gresham is one of my favorite places to eat!

I am an over-the-road truck driver. Previously a fast food manager that is ServSafe certified. Went into this location and ordered a breakfast hamburger. The young man that took my order immediately turned around and grabbed gloves and proceeded to put them on to start working on my order I immediately called him out on not washing his hands before putting on gloves he proceeded to throw those gloves away walk around to the other side of the counter where I couldn’t see him grab another pair of gloves put those on go and grab a dustpan and then went proceeded to grab kitchen utensils to assist in making my sandwich. The female manager on duty had come in and had not washed her hands once walking into the store starting her shift I’m assuming and she also put on gloves to finish making my sandwich. I called her to the front counter asked if she was the manager which she confirmed that she was I explained my background of being a fast food manager and being ServSafe certified and that the gentleman did not wash his hands before touching clean gloves. It appears that it this particular location that nobody understands proper hand-washing technique and that grabbing the outside of clean gloves with dirty hands is cross-contamination it appears that there’s some re-education of proper food handling procedures that needs to take place at this location. I will be filing a complaint with the local Health Department as well maybe they need to do a little bit of a surprise visit here. She did offer to remake my sandwich I explained that I’m a truck driver blocking a fuel Island I don’t have time she then said well if you come back tomorrow I guess you missed the point where I’m a truck driver so I walked away with no refund and no food worthwhile investment so that I don’t get sick while I’m on the road you definitely need to tighten up your procedures at this location when it comes to food safety
