Actually some of the more enthusiastic and friendly fast food staff you will find in the Rogue Valley. And honestly the food is fine. But the SODA! I swear there is a dead animal in the Dr. Pepper soda line. It has tasted horrificly awful for YEARS and they have never ever fixed it. Which means you know those lines aren’t getting cleaned. Which makes you wonder what else is never getting cleaned….

I can not honesty say their food is great. I had a coupon, the girl forgot then told me she couldnt use it, it was for a free westernbacon buger., it had a 15 min time limit. It exspired. She was snotty. The large fries were half full, the large onion rings were also half full. The bugers were very soggy and tastless. Overall it was a bad experience and I wont go back. I have eaten at the others carls and their food was excellent. My favorite when done right and service with a smile.

Amparo over stressed upon coming up to counter to order when customer said thank you 3 times employee wouldn’t acknowledge guest..Guest suggested Amparo she was having to run counter drive thru and make food… to return a your “welcome ” after guest kept thanking them Cleary the employee was disgruntled…Food came out bun soggy ice cold both baby burgers called a double burger with cheese wasn’t even melted like rubber . CUSTOMER took food showed Employee unacceptable

The food service worker didn’t seem like the brightest bulb in the pack. My husband asked for diet coke not once but twice, and still got it wrong. Im a diabetic, and when you are moving, fast food is your only choice. If we had not noticed that the drink was regular, my blood sugars would had spiked and most likely sent me to the ER. Pay attention when you are serving others!

I’d like to give a special shout out to Eva, I believe her name was. We came in late and were exhausted. Our son had been in the NICU for a while and we had just been having a rough time. This lovely girl was just so kind and attentive. Really went above and it was nice. The food was cooked well and everything tasted great. Thank you!

We went through the drive thru with a large order and usually when we order we always get people with super bad attitudes and act like we aren’t worth their time. Not today. Alexis was super sweet and polite. Definitely has a sense of customer service. I applaud her for being amazing at her job today.
