The food was great for fast food. I had the jalapeno burger, good fries also. The cashier, I didn’t see her name tag but she was wearing a spiderman shirt “Halloween” she was absolutely polite and went out of her way to make sure my mother and I had everything we needed. I’m Gen X and grew up this that kind of service. People genuinely going out of their way for the customer. I don’t see it much any more. Thank you Spider Woman.

Ordered our lunch. Was done quickly and came out hot. Service was friendly. Wish Carl’s jr. Would fix their app. Anyways… First time trying the milkshakes; not too bad. Better than McDonald’s for sure. This location was clean, fast, and food came out hot. Would return again.

As I was getting my food and drinks the lady behind the cash register mumbled under her breath and I quote “God damn it I was not wanting to put together the machine yet”. I understand people have bad days in the mornings aren’t for everybody. What I don’t understand is why somebody would choose to work somewhere and then be so unprofessional as to make a customer feel guilty for ordering a milkshake early in the morning. That is part of your job and if you do not like your job then maybe you should consider working somewhere else instead of guilt tripping the customer and not even giving them a straw to drink their drink with all because you didn’t want to do your job that you get paid to do by the way. Other than that the drinks were amazing as was the food. The sandwiches are huge and their rewards program/app is the best one I’ve used out of all the fast food restaurants in the county if not the state!!!!

Rolled in the drive thru very last minute plans, twin raccoon children in tow. It was very chaotic in the car!
