I ordered a single Famous Star, substitute the bun for a lettuce wrap, and it’s safe to say I was highly disappointed with what arrived. I am not sure in what world this is a lettuce-WRAPPED burger, but I find this whole situation very unacceptable. On top of it looking a mess, the food was ice cold. Usually, I have a good experience at Carl’s jr. but it’s safe to say I would not order delivery from them again.

Ordered through door dash. And didnt receive anything I ordered. Spent almost 65$ for 3 meals and didnt get what I paid for. Very inconsistent! Dashed received 5 stars but store received 1. Needs to be more consistent with orders go out with door dashers

Excellent service. Food was done incredibly fast, and it was possibly the burst burger that I’ve ever had. Also the store was really clean, everything from the tables, floors, and chairs to the windows and restrooms. And that’s unheard of! But, the most impressive part of this whole dining experience was the customer service. The gal who was working the front was amazing. I can’t remember her name but if you ever go there while she’s working there is no mistaking who she is. She was so nice, and she seemed like she genuinely wanted me to enjoy every aspect of my meal. She is a shining star in the food industry. I will be telling everyone that I know that the Carls Jr at Echo Hollow is THE destination for an amazing burger.
