I asked for only ketchup and cheese on my daughter’s cheeseburger and it only had cheese with no ketchup. I asked for extra BBQ sauce on my western bacon burger and it came with light BBQ. Went through the drive through and should have checked the order but was in a hurry. They also had me repeat the order several times because either they were not paying attention or someone dropped the ball hard time.

Seems to have upped their game. The young lady didn’t roll her eyes when I requested no pickles. They were all very polite and our food was hot, fresh and done quickly. Definitely a thumbs up experience.

Carl’s Jr is becoming my favorite fast food joint. The #11 Crispy Chicken Bacon Swiss is Fire ! Every time I’ve eaten there lately the food has been piping hot and fresh. Fries are always hot. You might pay a little more for a meal here, but hands down it’ll beat the hell out of McD all day. Carl’s seems to take pride in every meal they serve compared to McD.. I don’t think Quality is on their list of priorities.

My complaint is against the Carl’s company, your prices have not gone down but the size of your burgers have shrunk in size. It’s more economical to go to a restaurant and pay more but get a normal size hamburger!

How do you mess up 2 double cheeseburgers and a HI-C ORANGE?? I got something other than 2 double cheeseburgers, not sure what they were. And they failed TWICE on the drink first giving me Fanta, then Fruit Punch?? And to believe these kids think they deserve $25/hr… HAHAHA!! BULL$H!T
