Move over Burger King, Carl’s Jr. has the best flame broiled burgers. Great selection of specialty burgers (personal favorite is the El Diablo). They also carry a breakfast burger that is amazing. Who knew you could get your eggs, bacon and hashbrowns together on a burger?

Placed an order this evening. Off the Carls JR paid a service fee and tip, an hour for delivery.. bummer but ok. Get a text saying my foods arriving soon 30mins early yay! Got my food… missing my El Diablo burger and 2 small fries. Frustrating but fixable.. call the store.. some employee answered but doesn’t say anything until I say hello. I explain I got my order and I’m missing some food. He proceeds to then ask how I ordered it. I tell him thru the Carl’s Jr app. He ARGUED with me telling me they don’t deliver thru the app and I need to contact door dash…. Sir I didn’t order thru door dash. Ended up just hanging up.

This place sucks. Me and my girlfriend have gone here 3 times and every single time for only 2 meals they have made us pull too the front and make us wait 30 minutes and then it comes out cold. The most recent time we ordered online and almost all our food was lettuce wrapped and we went in to get them fixed and it took them 25 minutes and the whole time they were rude and acted like it was our fault. Truly this place sucks go somewhere else to or to a different Carl’s Jr.

Great experience. The entire crew was respectful, cheery, helpful, and quick. The manager or person expediting food greeted us right away, gave us time to look at the menu and then promptly took our order. The fries were hot and fresh! The patties felt like they came right off the grill. I haven’t had great service like this in a minute! Tell them I said thank you and throw that team a pizza party.
