I mean I feel like that some people haven’t gone here but honestly I feel like they should it’s a good restaurant I’ve had a lot of the food it’s good I really do enjoy the All Star Burger but the food is not the best I’ve had but still decent. The service was good. It really felt like an American thing but it didn’t really have a good atmosphere the atmosphere was lacking pop (I guess).

We stopped in Sunday afternoon when it was in the temps were in the mid 90s. One could reasonably expect the inside of the restaurant to be nice and cool but in this case, it was the complete opposite. There was no air conditioning on. It was not only hot but very stuffy inside. There was no way we could dine in as it was way to hot. Then to add fuel to the fire, they had no carbonated beverages available. They did have lemonade, water and iced tea still.

Terrible experience in the drive thru today. Gabriel was rude, shoved cc into my hand almost slicing my hand and threw my food at me. All because I asked politely for her to remove the whip cream from my shake. Stated once it’s on there they can’t touch it. So I again politely asked for a new shake. She grunts slams window then proceeded to scrape whip cream (that she’s not allowed to touch) off, added a bunch of milk to water it down. I really never do rant reviews but seriously…I was nice and apologetic about it. Where is customer service??

I’ve been going here for 15+ years, or more, basically since they opened. I’ve always had great service whether in the drive thru or in the restaurant, food is always made well, fresh, and tasty. The staff is friendly and hard-working, and the restaurant is always clean.

Carl Jr has a Beyond meat plant based burger that’s delicious. Highly recommend for meatless clients that still want to have fast food once in a while.

This is the 2nd time that I have been to this location and this is the 2nd time they have totally hosed my order. I ordered a double western cheeseburger meal an the picture below is what I received. It was also cold and fairly unappealing. The previous order they did not include the fries with the meal. I will no longer attempt to eat at this location. I do not recommend it.

Always have a good experience here no matter how busy.. the staff has never been unfriendly , and they have always insured the orders are correct as well as they can. The food is always fresh and tastes like it’s supposed to… Fries are good and crispy, the sodas ? Eh… Sometimes a little too syrupy for me. But the unsweetened ice tea is always a good back up.
