WHAT A SCAM!
February 9th 2026 advertised FREE breakfast burger all day. Fist of all the commercial says nothing about having to order this on their app only, well I downloaded the app and ordered my FREE breakfast burger, now I get up half dressed rushed in the cold morning to get my order that I placed and they said can’t find any order for me, so I showed them my app and ordered again, still they refuse to give me my FREE burger. WHAT A SCAM! I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE A CARL’S JR AGAIN. Besides Burger King’s new breakfast burger is so much better, I know this because I drove across town to pay for one after my Carl’s jr experience.

The burgers at the King City location just taste better. They taste similar to other Carl Jr locations but for some reason, better! The fries and even the soft drinks, all taste better.
I thought it was a fluke at first so I decided to investigate further and found a consistent quality enhancement. Over time I discovered it was in reality the team members that were making the difference. They take great pride in their work and I could definitely taste the difference!
On a customer service level, I would again like to add kudos. Service is lightning fast for this quality of work and ALWAYS delivered with a smile!

I mean I feel like that some people haven’t gone here but honestly I feel like they should it’s a good restaurant I’ve had a lot of the food it’s good I really do enjoy the All Star Burger but the food is not the best I’ve had but still decent. The service was good. It really felt like an American thing but it didn’t really have a good atmosphere the atmosphere was lacking pop (I guess).

This is the 2nd time that I have been to this location and this is the 2nd time they have totally hosed my order. I ordered a double western cheeseburger meal an the picture below is what I received. It was also cold and fairly unappealing. The previous order they did not include the fries with the meal. I will no longer attempt to eat at this location. I do not recommend it.

Very friendly staff who look like they enjoy serving people! Had a pleasant welcome from 2 members and someone brought me my burger with a smile (I think the manager). The burger was very tasty and fresh as well. Definitely would recommend this location, plus the dining area looks clean and well maintained. I enjoyed myself
