I’d advice people that like good clean food to not eat here. I don’t know what’s worst, the service, mangement or the food. Very unsanitary. Employees don’t even wear hairnets. I spent close to $100.00 on 5 items took the food home only to find a disgusting hair in my son’s burger! I went back and spoke to the manager and it was obvious he didn’t care about my complaints as he did very little about it. Of course I had to trash the food after that disgusting discovery and when I went back the “manager” still had the odasity to ask for it back in order to do anything about it. Extremely unprofessional and unfocused on customers’ satisfaction.

drove almost 30 minutes here at 2am because its the only carls jr thats 24/7 and i am pregnant so i can only keep certain foods down right now… except its actually not 24/7 apparently, as they had the drive through coned off and the lobby was locked even though there were several cars in the parking lot and the lights were on. not sure what thats all about but pretty pissed off driving almost an hour to get my safe food just to go home hungry, especially since ive spent so much money here being its one of the only things ive been able to eat the last 2 months. guess its time to find a new safe food. all in all, dont count on this restaurant being open during the hours that it says its open.

It’s not bad. But if you can’t have gluten or dairy, it’s not good either. Husband ordered a lettuce wrapped burger for me with no tomato or cheese. Took it to go. Got home only to realize there was cheese melted all over my small burger… no saving it. It’s the only good thing I can have and it was ruined. Not mad, someone probably went into autopilot and slapped the cheese on there. But it was completely inedible to me, sadly.

Every time I come here I get the single El Diablo the food has only disappointed me one time. I went here today and they served me really fast I waited not even a minute for my food to be ready I am very impressed with this service and I will continue going here

I ordered a “special” burger thru the drive thru and the gal speaking through the loud speaker was so rude, unhelpful, and she wouldn’t take my Carl’s Jr. App info. The girl, Jennifer continued to showcase her extremely poor customer service skills at the window. The food turned out to be disgusting and was tossed. I will never return to another Carl’s Jr.

Went to the McMinnville Oregon store this morning. After getting home I went to eat breakfast and found hair in my food. I called the store and the lady said she doesn’t know how that would happen because they all have hair nets. I asked for her to refund my order and she said I have to come back to the store to get the refund. But I live in a different town. When I asked for corporates phone number said she didn’t know the phone number. This is unacceptable and down right disgusting. Health department needs to go in and inspect all precautions are taken care of before they are serving people food.
