Super clean environment. The person taking my order was very patient and helpful helping me choose since everything looked really good. Had the double western and it did not disappoint. Favorite burger by far. Also tried the new vanilla ice coffee and was surprisingly really good. I would definitely be back again.

We DoorDashed our order and honestly the quality that carls once had has gone downhill. We ordered the double Diablo combo and just look at what was given to us. Does not look appetizing at all. And for the price! Please do better Carls sheesh!

Christopher was polite and well maintained. I came inside to clarify what I believed was an overcharge and he showed me and explained why it wasn’t an overcharge. He didnt get mad or return the same energy I came in with. That’s admirable in my eyes.
